Banks were not supposed to be shut down anyway

Banking is an essential service.

This problem could have been avoided

Plus alot of banks did not open enough branches

Some banks had only 2 branches open for a whole city with 7 million ppl.

Shouldn't banks be open with certain restrictions?

How many times have experienced and educated people told nigerians subsidy must go for the country to move forward but they won't listen. This is not pdp or apc thing its just a fact.

Better to make demands from the government to reduce their salaries and excessesive cost of governance as a condition for removal of subsidy.

Sincerely I don't understand how a young, educated Nigerian would pick buhari over saraki.

Saraki should win the pdp ticket he would stand a better chance than atiku or kwakanso. They both look like similar candidates to buhari.

Saraki should strictly involve the youths, educated and progressive people in his campaign.

The value of the currency doesn't gauge whether an economy is strong or not.

The reason korea is prosperous is because its an exporting country (samsung, hyundai, kia, etc). The lower the value of their currency compared to dollar, the larger their exports. Countries like china and japan also try to keep their currency lower compared to the dollar to increase exports.

In nigeria's case we are an importing country. The things we import are all paid for in dollar. so we need to have a strong naira so we can afford to pay for all these things we import.
