Until we learn to hold our govt accountable,we ll nt progress.if cowards joined the army, is it nt the military top brass dt collect money from and use man-know-man to recruit them n leave the real "soldiers" out?truth be told.I have bn in the nigeria military circles.our military allocation is always stolen,esp since politicians came to power.most of the equip in our so-called armoury re out-dated n malfunctioning.truth is dt boko problem exposed the rot in our military n our generals re employing diversionary tactics. Y dnt they inquire y our armoury is full of obsolete equip inspite of yearly allocations? Much of our equip are as old as the 1960s n in a modern army.nigeria is a huge joke, n things wnt hange bcs our citizens seem to be docile about holding the govt to account.

If your partner uses manipulation, threats, belittlement, or any other means of making you feel unsafe, insecure, or bad about yourself, this is most likely a form of abuse as well. Do not tolerate a #partner who makes you feel unworthy. And remember, no matter what he says to knock you down, the shame is on him, not on you.

6. Harm to Your Children

If you find that your partner has in any way jeopardized the well-being of your children, get rid of him immediately. Whether they are his children or not, he must respect them as well as you. If your children ever say that they have been inappropriately touched, harmed physically, etc. by your #partner, he MUST go. NEVER tolerate a #man who harms your children.

7. Disrespect

Ultimately, all of these things can be boiled down to disrespect in some manner. If you find that your #partner is not respecting your body, thoughts, emotions, etc., find someone else who will.
