The first executive council meeting he chaired, they approved N7.1 billion to complete the vice president's lodge in Aso rock. Why didn't he stop that project and channel the money to the shoreline protection project rather than diverting money from the river Niger dregding funds. Is his house more important than the project or is he sleeping under a tent now? Hisss! Its a blunder, like it or not. |
How many CC's Where's the location and how much? |
@ poster, when you are in a relationship it isn't advisable to start asking for advise from people you hardly know. You are the person in the relationship and most of the respondents to your topic hardly know you or your boyfriend or even the extent to which you guys are committed. It is easy to dismiss your relationship not knowing how much emotions or commitment you have invested. Take a look at how some are even insisting that he's cheating on you without even knowing him. Most will just be judgmental based on just one side of the story. This isn't fair. Long distance relationships do work and that is a reality. However, like any other relationship it requires patience and perseverance. If you listen to too much advise on your own relationship then you might end up being in a relationship that other people recommend for you rather than the relationship that you want. |
Ikeyman which part of the wests do you live in and to which kind of 'class' do you belong. Certainly if you live among those that only buy tokunbo cars then you will hardly ever notice that people buy new cars. How in the name of God did GM become the highest manufacture of cars in the world (before the recession) and 65% of the cars are sold in the US alone. I'm sure you know that GM or ford do not manufacture tokunbo vehicles. |
naijaking1:Shame on you naijaking. Armchair expert, hissssss. I pity people like you who see nothing beyond tribalism and ethnicism. The whole idea of harmonising the import tarrifs is to ensure that newer vehicles come in to the country at cheaper rates. It is unfortunate that Nigerians are the highest importers of accident vehicles from the US. The same people that criticise such policies are the ones that will import an accident vehicle (almost for free) and sell it at a dear price(tokunbo) to Nigerians. You can never satisfy the average Nigerian. |
I would like to know the price of a tokunbo Mini Cooper S,2004 or 2006 model in Nigeria. Anyone got one?
|
Congrats. |
Bros if you know you don't have the picture of the car then you shouldn't have posted pictures of an already sold car. Just be patient and post the pictures of the one that is up for sale. |
Post a picture. Is it tokunbo or used in nigeria? |
It is true that nigerian ports are congested at this time. I believe it is because many people now feel safe bringing their goods to Nigeria than Benin republic. The introduction of ASYCUDA and E-Payment by the customs has restored some confidence. Moreso, the customs are seeing to achieve 18hrs max clearance of goods. So don't worry AKS you goods will soon be cleared. Piece of advise though: Don't just be calling your agent in the US.Get a reliable agent in nigeria who will clear your goods. @dantitiki, which port are u using. Have your containers been scanned? |
It seems like july has the most birthdays. I am July 31st. Happy birthday to you all. |
Anyone knows anything about ZTE? In china, they are rated higher than Huawei. I worked at a company where ZTE deployed a full scale CDMA network. The project is still ongoing but i was able to witness the main installations (BSS,MSC,MGW,OMC,BSC) I didn't witness the radio side (PDH and SDH) While the project was going on,ZTE had issues with Huawei. The contract was signed at $120 with ZTE and then later on we heard that Huawei went through the backdoor and told management that they could execute same contract for $80million. We later learnt that the Chinese ministry of commerce had to step into the issue over there in China as the matter became a serious one. They have a very good CRBT and voice messaging system. They have excellent VAS too. But their billing is not so good as they usually recommend lifetree from india. |
Galaxy held a test a couple of months back at the same venue. I was invited for the test and i have been invited again. The consultants were Kimberly Ryan and the test comprise of three 'gmat type' tests. Quantitative,Verbal and logical reasoning tests. You'll be given 8 minutes to answer each test. Its quite simple but you can hardly finish in time. Anyways at the start they'll tell you to do your best and answer as many questions as you can, they don't do negative marking. Gate crashing might not work as admission is strict. They have the names of people sent the text and you are admitted only if your name is there. Good luck. Read your gmat well. |

Hello house, I sent my share certificates for verification so that they could be deposited in my CSCS account via my stock broker. I sent them since July and have been verified by the CSCS but up till now i haven't got my stock position from the CSCS. Whenever i go to the stock broker to find out about the status i'm told that the stock position is not ready yet. Please how long does it take to convert my certificates to electronic? I am afraid if maybe the stock broker has sold my shares without my knowledge. And how do i contact the CSCS to verify my stock position? PLS HELP |

I have been having problems with my MTN for the past 3 weeks. I can't make a successful call from 7pm through 10pm.Whenever i try it doesn't even try to connect. It just blinks and sounds 'tut tut tut'. Worse is when i send an international text message. The useless ppl will deduct my money and say message sent. 10 minutes later they say 'message not sent. Worst still i resend the message only to get a reply from the other end that they've received several of my messages(which mtn said were not sent). Another thing is when you try to call their customer care to speak to an operator.Ol boy na time u dey waste o! When u press 0 to speak to the f*ckng operator they disconnect you. What they do is they flog your ass and refuse u crying. FRAUDSTERS. They even advertise to you when you check your balance 'catch all the millionaire action, blah blah blah @ 200 naira. Do they even have a right to advertise to me for free? None of the other networks advertise when u check your balance. Where are the Lagos lawyers? |
I am reporting myself. Someone please welcome me ![]() |
Thanks for the advise. How do we register with any of the professional bodies? Does any one of them provide online registration? |

Thank u all for the replies. I think i'd rather not attend the test. I pray we third classers will get a job someday .Kudos to PPLPRIME for organising such a highly appreciated Fair.Good luck to all that attended and those that will attend. |
Congrats to you guys. My problem with the people prime test is that i filled in my qualification as 2:2 whereas i have a third class degree. In the form they provided there is no provision for 3rd class only pass and 2:2, i opted for 2:2. You think i should go ahead with the test?or will i just watse my money? I'd appreciate some advise. |
