Don't know why our brothers from ebonyi keep doing this. There dialect, their behaviour, their mannerism, everything about them, shows no single igbo spirit.
Had a hot argument and a shouting match with one ebonyi bush boy in the office today. On this same issue. The boy supports buhari more than daura indigenes do.
It took the intervention of our Head of Department to break up the fight.
Will resume tomorrow with this new info that I have.

Please nairalanders, I sent an email to a prominent politician in my state. Though he use to be a close family friend thus knows me so well, I still stated my personal profile, qualifications and credentials.

Then I got this reply:

Dear Sir,

PETITION AGAINST MR NWOYE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH POLLUTION, PUBLIC NUISANCE, MALICIOUS DAMAGE AND GROSS VIOLATION OF THE TOWN PLANNING LAWS OF EBONYI STATE

We the residents of Mgbabor Achara, Izzi with a heavy and long suffering heart bring to your notice the horrendous stench and unbearable odour save to mention the incessant noise emanating daily from a large scale poultry farm situated at #03 Chief Nwibo Nwogbaga avenue, the heart of a residential area behind Haraca Filling station, Abakaliki.
The neighborhood long before now was a pristine and peaceful residential area attracting lots of new residents, but this cannot be said of the area now as the said poultry farm keep spurring strong and overpowering stench which has inflicted asthma, chronic cough, respiratory tract infections and all manner of diseases on our people, young and old. A 2 year old baby Somtochukwu and a 24 year old Obinna among others narrowly cheated death and are now hospitalized after inhaling the venomous gases. This ugly situation has therefore resulted to an unprecedented mass exodus of people and a halt to economic activities in the area due to threat to health and well being of even passers-by.
However all plea and representation made to Mr. Nwoye, the owner of the poultry farm by residents of the metropolis to avert the impending health disaster by relocating the farm to a non-residential area in compliance to the Ebonyi State town planning laws fell all on deaf ears. The said man notorious for his terrorising acts has never been at peace with the host community haven at a point cut the four limbs of a pregnant goat for allegedly entering his farm and more recently he cut to shreds the maize farm of a hapless woman probably as a way of caution to whoever is on his trail. Meanwhile the said man initially a resident of the area has relocated his family on the account of these unbearable living conditions leaving the rest at the mercy of who cares. We give credence to the youths of the area who has remained calm amidst all provocation but no one can guarantee the longevity of this civility.
We therefore implore you to use your good office to effect the immediate relocation of the said poultry farm to ameliorate the plight of our people. Please save our people from this impending outbreak of epidemic, we count on your active intervention in this matter.
