My headmistress refuses to reject me at my PPA.The place is far from where am living.She said the only thing she can do is to allow me to come thrice a week.What can I do?

I called Npower help line just now informing them of my inability to print out my PPA letter,I was told that is due to the fact that I have not done the physical verification.

Am finding it difficult to print out the PPA letter.Even I wake up at midnight to print it but yet without any success.And they are saying three days after deployment we should take the letter to our PPA.Please how do we go about it?
