TheSuperNerd: Here is what I got..... (originally reported in French but I had to quickly translate with the help of a translator)
FC Nantes. Awaziem et Kayembe en échange de Conceição
(English: cf. Nantes. awaziem and kayembe in Exchange for conceição)
FC Nantes and FC Porto have reached an agreement for the transfer of Sergio Conceição. In addition to a sum of money, the Canaris recover two players, a Nigerian central defender, Chidozie Awaziem, and a Belgian international, Joris Kayembe.
FC Nantes and FC Porto have reached an agreement for the transfer of Sergio Conceição. This one should be endorsed at the beginning of the week with the signature of the documents by the different protagonists. The Portuguese coach will join his club of heart and leave FC Nantes, where he had extended his contract until 2020, just a month ago.
According to Portuguese sources close to the file, FC Nantes should recover around three million euros. It should also accommodate two players in the scales. It is Chidozie Awaziem, a 20-year-old Nigerian central defender (1m89, 82kg), who essentially evolved with the Dragons reserve (D2 Portuguese) this season. The player is loaned for one year with a call option at 12 million euros.
FC Porto also drops Joris Kayembe, a 22-year-old left-winger. Belgian international, he was successively loaned to Arouca and Rio Ave (D1 Portuguese), where he played 22 games (2 goals) in 2016. The best scorer of the reserve this season (6 goals) makes, meanwhile, The object of a final transfer.
The duration of the contract is not yet known.

asuustrike2009: For the English league I doubt that because multi choice wouldn't let it be.don't forget this pay tv still exhibit same behavioural trait like multi choice if peradventure they succeed in getting the broadcast license to air Epl they are not bidding to get broadcast rights for the premier ship the decoder actually features sky sports channels and they have the broadcast rights to the premier ship already |
Phones › Re: MTN To Acquire DSTV And Gotv by PROVERBZ(m): 8:45pm On May 20, 2017 |
Origin: Competition is sweet I tell you.
Econet's Kwese tv has come to Nigeria and has even bought the NPL rights. Kwese tv will most likely have have a PAYG option instead of fixed and they are already trending all over Africa.
I see "smart" CEOs and I wonder. Most Kwese tv staff were formerly from Multichoice. Rumors of inadequate staff welfare and high use of contract staff at Multichoice (as most companies now do) Now your staff are with your competitors and they know your secrets. They know how much you made from the NPL and made a far better offer.
The largest market in Africa and yet you can't give back to your customers. It's always about the profits, profits profits that still hardly gets into the hands of stockholders. Anyhooos its all business. wrong kwese sports don't hold broadcast rights to the npfl for now no company those it is actually the 3rd division called the NLO which recently signed a deal with pipulz TV a Nigerian owned pay TV its new in the market in fact the are officially lunching it this July and it can den be made available to the public its nice that its a Nigerian company now the npfl will also be looking to sell its rights to them if the one with the lower dividon turns out a success

14: Thats what they are doing, moving out of nigeria. thats what nigerians have been waiting for. So now lets see whether a nigerian company can pull it off.
Just for correction, its not NFF that cut ties with Supersport, it was the other way round, after NFF broke the contract clous, that says, you donot negitiate contract with the competition, while nff was busy negotiating with Kwesi TV, which is own by zimbabwean clive musiyewa. The same was done in Ghana and kenya.
Many people think AFRICA has a lucrative satelite TV market, which is wrong. The subscription is very poor, many african countries cant have satelite tv by themselves, they can afford it. South africa alone carry the whole continent in paying for thise channels, hence multichoice is pulling out, because they are running on a loss. The profit they make in South africa, is taken out to go and run services through out africa.
Just to give you a hint regarding subscription, botswana has only 100 000 subscribers, kenya also has 100 000, rwanda 80 000 and the rest have below 50 000. you cannot run a satelite tv with a subscription of 100 000. How are you gonna for the channels. Supersport pays $100m for the EPL rights for only 3yrs. and thats not the only channels they need to pay more for, there is other 70 channels. so you need $1bn a year to run a successful satelite tv. If you are making $600m and you need to spend $1bn, that means every year you will be shot of $400m, you need to go to borrow. correction NFF HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS IT IS ACTUALLY THE LMC HU ARE IN CHARGE OF THE NFPL NO 2 THEY WERE NEVER IN TALKS KWESE SPORTS NO3 I AM WILLING TO GIVE THEM ALL TRANSPORT MONEY ,MTN DSTV AND THE REST THEY CAN ALL LEAVE As QUICKLY AS possible |
TV/Movies › Re: Naspers Said To Consider Sale Of Multichoice Africa(DSTV) by PROVERBZ(m): 2:50pm On May 20, 2017 |
I think dstv should leave Nigeria asap to give way to new Nigerian pay TV that is going to be lunched July 2017 its called pipuls TV and this one is different it won't die like the others who have tried to rival with dstv this one has lots of HD channels it has signed a contract with one of the local leagues plus plus full coverage of the EPL which is the main reason Nigerians use dstv I say the end is near recently the npfl cut ties with super sports who knows what they have in mind ?

ChrisKels: Awaziem never played for El-kanemi warriors of maidugri, rather, he played for El-kanemi juniors of Jos. The same nursery club that produced the likes of Moses Simon et al . This is not to contradict the fact that the NPFL does churn out Super talents but we ain't gon distort fact just to drive home a point. you are right onazi and Mikel played here even me I tried out but it was to though for me :p :p the pitch at township is bad I just moved to another team with small grass on their pitch at least correction I won't call el kanemi Jo's an academy is more like a street team no much co ordination but lots of talents |

Jayceon: you are failing to see the angle here....SA artists that feature Naija artists in their music want to penetrate your market through those artists, they do it because they have a motive and that's that
To be honest with you I don't know of a single South African artist that had collaborated with a Naija artist and the song being the biggest hit in the country randz and nairaz lol this guy is back and now u want to talk music on a serious note that song is still my favorite even tho it featured kuvuki boys |
