Everything rendeavour touches in Africa turns to gold!! I love tatu city, alaro city is becoming my favourite project in Nigeria. Really hope they can kick start their other project the one in abuja.

samorobo:no offence taken bro. |
SUFFERInSMILIIN:ur brain capacity is to low for me. I have told u countless times to avoid my moniker as I will not give u the engagement u seek. I'm quoting to remind u so that u can look out for my moniker and avoid mentioning me. |
rvp2018:they are temporary. So it's definitely pre fabricated steel structures. Kenya does not need to worry about Indians, by the time Kenya is ready to take on projects like this Nigerians will be the ones moving to Kenya to build it after the Chinese and Indians transfer technology to and expertise to us.

Accomodations for dangote refinery which is at 97percent completions Guys anytime I search dangote refinery or the lekki free zone I see videos in Hindi explaining how to get jobs in Nigeria to Indians. Hundreds and thousands more Indians are preparing to move to Lagos and this bothers me. It's not because I'm racist or hate multi ethnic society no. It's cuz it's really early in out success story, its the period where people make generational wealth and those people moving here now would put them on equal playing ground with the black people that have lived here during the hard times. And when Nigeria does get better it would look like Kenya and south Africa where white people and Indians own most of the riches. I'll rather they come later in search of greener pasture.
|
Mkenya2019:there are 59 businesses in alaro. And only 3 have something to do with Kenya. 1- Ariel foods owned by and Indian man masquerading as Kenyan. 2- universal homes owned by australians, new Zealanders, Americans and Russians. 3- nova pioneer. Registerd as a south African company but owned by a Nigerian who's dream was to build schools in his home country Nigeria. There is no glory for Kenya to claim here. |
rvp20182:bro a the amenities u mentioned are at various stages of being done at alaro city also. Alaro city is an upgrade to tatu city. It was planned togehter with the Lagos state government. There would even be a bridge connecting it to the dangote refinery. Howeve, I didnt say it we as ahead of tatu at the moment. Tatu city gave it a head start of 10 years but at the rate it is going, in 3 or 4 years time it would over take Tatu city. Let me show u what I mean.
|
Just40:if this is what it's competing with that has made it stall then it is truly a failed project. |
gallivant:it really is a shame. Tatu city's development has lagged behind for sometime now. It has been on 70 industrial and commercial clients for ages now. Alaro city is about to catch up at 59 even tho it's started like 10 years after tatu city. Here are pictures of latest developments including the 8 lane main boulevard(important to point out that tatu city has tiny roads.) Appolonia is a failed project. I don't want to talk about it.

Alaro city 8 lane main boulevard. Render Vs progress made.

QuietMynd:bro epe axis would save Nigeria. There is this group called Sana global projects those people are on mad steroids. They are building almost all the factories every where. Including their own batching plant at alaro city
|
Few months back Lagos free zone annouced that BSF, a German chemical company would be expanding 3 folds. They initially had a standard factory on 30,000sm of land but would be building another on 90,000 making their total 120000. I month later the factory is about to go up and I have pictures.
|
Jamestown123:very correct sir. The kenyan government had subsided it by nearly half. Which means it's 2 times more expensive in Nigeria and I want my own share beacuse I am also Kenyan. My name is Uhuru jumbo |
rvp20182:bad people will take advantage of this deal. They going to buy and export to neighbouring countries where they would sell at normal prices and recover the subsidy for themselves. A problem Nigeria has been facing for sometime now. But let's forget that. Brother how about ehrnthe fertiliser get there ism send u money to buy and resend back to me in Nigeria with a little profit lol. |
I don't understand why a section of Kenyan people on twitter are angry at rumour news that dangote would be providing the Kenyan market fertilisers ?? Can any Kenyan here explain to me. U already but these fertiliser from somewhere else it's not like it would be favouring Nigerian businesses to the demerit of Kenyan counterparts. Mehn give us dollars and if u also want by products of crude oil put in your orders before first quarter of 2023. |
I forgot to post these here. I got this from the Icelandic guy that is in charge of arla's dairy farm in Kaduna. It would soon be done now.
|
QuietMynd:yes. |
Mantrac alaro city
|
The new Colgate Palmolive factory at Lagos free zone. More factories like indomie headquarters and research facility, the second expansion of Kellogg's plant, a huge flour mill and a cartoon factory are just a few of the factories that would be built soon at Lagos free zone now that the big prize(anchor tenant lekki port) is done. The anchor tenant lekki deep sea port has completed their project and set to start operations this month.

obaaderemi:bro the opportunities are endless. Mind u alot of cargo ment for Nigeria alone land in places like Cotonou, ivory coast and Ghana. One of the port can be a transhipment hub where cargo ment for southern Africa can stop and refill while one can serve landlocked countries such as Niger, Chad. So we need more ports, I say build them all. |
1.5 billion lekki deap sea port. Ild say it's already completed nothing much to do here. The even bigger badagry deep seaport close by had been given approval to begin.
|
Emac34:Im also an insect farmer. I raise black soldier flies. From the knowledge I have, I would conclude that the adult mosquitos would lay eggs before they die and the farmer would hatch them to keep his colony going. And if black soldier fly is anything like mosquitos, one fly can lay over 500 eggs. |
We where supposed to be grilling Kenyans Ghanaians and south Africans on this thread but a small leave by the generals of this thread and I come to see some stupid monikers like wotowotpworism bringing Nigerian internal politics here. Where are my generals the oldies of this thread? |
InfinityFabric:lol. I swear the internet is a funny place. |
Abfinest007:bro she is the one I want. I'm already hustling bro. Currently in my finel year in the university so that's slowing me down from full hustling but I'm doing a lot that would pay me later on. |
Hey guys, so I am a twenty three year old Nigerian guy and of course I am no way ready to get married now. But there is this girl I love so much who is of similar age with me. I fear she might start getting suitors for serious stuff and there is no way she would wait for me. She is my first kiss and by far the most beautiful girl I ever had anything with. I dream of our kids together. I don't know if I should get her pregnant. I'm in no way capable of taking care of just her talk less of her and a baby. |
jl115:mfi choice is behind gotb and dstv in Nigeria. |
Nnnn |
SUFFERInSMILIIN:na me Bleep up. Back to ignoring u now. |
SUFFERInSMILIIN:lol I have told u that u are the most stupid person int the thread and that's why I don't like to reply u. But I will take an exception because it might be likely that h don't know. There have been 3 data centers built or being built in Lagos in the past two years. Number one is Africa data center by strive masiyawa. Second is the one by main one called lekki 2 And third Is open access data centre and all this are coming on board because of the Google cable that just landed in Lagos named equiano cable.
|
Lagos and Abuja now have metros and the non of the cities in the countries of those calling Nigeria names have any. Kano might even completebits own and they would still not have. .pictures of Lagos metro construction.
|
