Nigeria is really not joking with anybody.the lekki area with this port, dangote refinery and petro chemicals. Lekki deep sea port deepest in sub Saharan Africa.
Gentry cranes and ship to shore cranes to arrive by June.
And first ship would land by September.

With a host of other project that have done ground breaking like American Embassy, high gardens , pan Atlantis towers etc

Hybrid means that there are both natural and artificial elements.

Hybrid natural means 95percent of the pitch is natural but artificial thread is used to streghten the roots so they don't pull out. Most premier League teams use hybrid natural.
Now hybrid synthetic is like what we have at remo stars where is mostly artificial but we have a coconut shell dust infill bellow which acts like soil and grass is planted untop to intertwine with the artificial grass in other to improve ball movement and give it a natural turf feel.

Thats why remo stars hybrid pitch is being watered and for some other reason like to cool down temperature.

Sana building systems for fabricating of steel buildings is done at the Lagos free zone, not lekki free zone. Iits a large compound 5hectares and it's also neighbours with other companies such as Kellogg's USA, arla foods of Denmark, raflles power oil of Nigeria etc.

The have this imported mentality of doing things like European when they are not it, yet.
It's as if everybody patronises big corps and neglect small businesses. Zero enterprising spirit. They even go as far as attacking small business owner by foreigners.

You need to learn from Kenya.
Kenya oil industry runs an open tender system - gov basically issues the import tender to one of fuel downstream company.
That single company is given say 250M dollars tender to import fuel for the entire month - months in advance.
The fuel once it arrived in Mombasa port is kept by Kenya Gov pipeline.
And is released to different oil companies.
You cannot have NIgeria kind of mess where everyone imports or fail to import on time.
Kenya people dont even know what fuel shortage is....maybe one petrol station lacks fuel....for few hours...but entire town or city.
It's never happened before...people dont even know that fuel will ever run out of petrol stations.

some times u need to ignore that fool. The issue has been resolved after other ships containing petrol reached our shores. It's not that there was scarcityz the one which was bought got contaminated and had to be removed from circulation.

Nigeria has crude, Nigeria does not refine crude in the quantity that would be enough for now. So like every other country we import it even tho that would change by 4quater of this year.
