Sad, we have grown matured men and women shouting how incompetent Buhari is for not being able to sign a simple budget, they dont care why he has refused to sign it even when it is very glaring that key project were removed and replaced with "constituency" projects as if we Nigerians dont know what happens to allocations budgeted for constituencies. We forget that before now Buhari has emphasize the need to block wastage, which is what the so-called padding is about.

over N6Trillion is (if not) the highest in the Budget history of Nigeria, so because of that Buhari should be careless about it?
this is the change we voted for, change were budgets are for key projects that will affect the ppl directly, not "constituency" budgets that will only benefits someones bank accounts.

for those who are blinded by hate on what Buhari is trying to do, i want to leave you with questions - how many projects has the senators that receive the constituency alloctions completed in your states/towns/LGA?

I think you should shorten the rollover to just odd of 3 I.e reset after you hit 15k from your 5k capital, since there must be a lose at some point if you want to go for the long rollover.

so your success rate has been 80% which is very very good. if you follow the 3 odd rollover you will always be in profit (after you loose once in a while). and since you will always be in profit you can increase your rollover capital as you progress.
And the higher the capital (with your success rate) the bigger the profit.

The idea here is profit not ambition.
