For those of you dat just register, don't be lazy, most of d questions u asked has bin answered already. If you just registered, do a little research around your area, look for registered firms dat nid ur service. After dat you can then send a mail to puntersmind...you think puntersmind is aware of d firms dat wants interns in nigeria ? Dnt waste ur time, d earlier u get to work d beta. If you are lucky enough, if there is a job fair after d election, u will be amazed at d number of people u are competing with to secur a placement. Use dis opportunity wisely now.

It hell getting transcript from ABU as well. I hav lost two admission opportunities bcuz of those crooks called Administrator. First one was sent after the admission was over, second one they hav no idea where it's hanging. Knowing dat i pay 10k for each of them is even more annoying, after i hav risked my life writing qualifying exams. That's what happen in a nation where square pegs are placed in round holes. People who can do the job are not employed cos of tribalism..it's quite pathetic.

Thanks bro, the follow up is on going, my boss was called also yesterday to confirm my details with them and how many months have not been paid.

I pray all this outstanding stipend palaver will be settled in this coming payment date God willing.

N.B : THOSE THAT HAVING OUTSTANDING STIPEND ISSUE SHOULD LET THEIR BOSS KNOW THAT SURE P CAN CALL AT ANY TIME, THEY SHOULD BE EXPECTING THEIR CALL.

UWC bro. The new form that was sent is meant for JANUARY ALONE. My employer is yet to submit mine. Take Note...SURE-P have start following up the last stipend form that was submitted. While we were in a meeting today, Sure p callef my boss to confirm if i was still with them and to confirm how many months stipend am being owned. Tell your boss to pay attention to there phones. Hopefully it d beginning of new things to come. If you want the number to be sure, you can mail me.

The submit button is back on the gis website...you can now submit your saved time sheets.
@all , pls I noticed that tempers have flared up since d last payment was made. We should not resort to insult and abuse in settling our differences...we have bin very helpful to each other, let kip helping ourselves. It's has come to d point dat someone will ask questions and no one is responding anymore...dis where we find ourselves now, no one knows what d future holds for each and everyone of us. For all us dat hav not bin paid,challenges come in different phases, we should encourage each other and have it at d back of our mind that........dis too shall pass!
Secondly...there are people sniffing around trying to gain d attention of youths for political propaganda, pls don't listen to them...don't let dem use you for their selfish interest, some hav approached me..am not going to give d details here.

Lastly...i read an excerpt from one of our daily tabloid written by a librarian he has this to say to Nigerians ... I am just paraphrasing'' I pity you Nigerians...your case is just another issue of you don't know what's you have, until you lose it. Don't let your leaders destroy vestige peace you hav bin enjoying, cos if it all changes to a state of chaos, they will all took to their heels, you are all responsible for creating a serene environment for peace to reign....so that you don't end up like those war plagued countries'' cant remember d rest.

This is not a fair treatment. Couple with the fact that so many intern succum to alot humilating treatment by their employers, the hope of getting their monthly stipend is the only reason they hanged on. And please someone should not just say it's d fault of the interns. The system they adopted for d payment is clear to everyone, "let's keep a few mouth shut, the rest we have themselves to blame". The day of reckoning is coming....

My journalist friend also said we should go steady with the press release, considering d fact dat a lot of interns hav decided to swallow the patience pill. He does not hav enough to come up with a write up. Maybe dat will change when d nxt stipend is paid. For my bombardment, i do dat mostly on twitter and facebøok.
