LivingEarthMan:
Oga the court doesn't have power to dictate to the senate how they should be running their affairs.
Oga, you don't know what you're talking about.
The court will not meddle with pure political or Senate procedural matters.

In the issue of constitutional violation, breach of law or due process and issues involving individuals' right are handled and judged by the court. The rulling of the court will be binding to National Assembly.

The Senate does not have total or absolute power.

FreeStuffsNG:
It is not a court order but opinion. The Senate can appeal or ignore it outrightly.

The problem is that in democratic setting, Senate should not have the right in the first place. You can suspend her from committees but not from the Senate. This has to stop.

Smh.

I know your type only read the headline but not the main report.
Please read this ultra slowly. I have made it bold enough for slow readers.

In her judgment delivered Friday, Justice Nyako described the duration of the suspension as unduly excessive as it deprives the people of Kogi Central of valid representation. The judge, therefore, advised the Senate to review their rules on sanctions.
You didn't know what you're saying.
She delivered her judgement on the matter. The judgement is that the Senate should recall Natasha. That was not an opinion.

After delivering her judgement, she then advised Senate to review their rules on sanctions. The advise does not mean that they should go and review Natasha's sanction.
She found a 6 months sanction and unlawful and is now advising them to go and review such rule in the Senate so that they won't try such undemocratic things again.

Natasha did not sue for mediation. She approached the court for lawful decision and judgement. So Nyako can't be giving advice/suggestions in a case where a legal decision/rule is required.

My wife is an introvert that don't love social life and I'm an extrovert that love social life and it's frustrating me.
She doesn't like parties or gatherings. She like inside house too much.
What can I do
You'll need to adjust your lifestyle a bit to win her to bn how you want her to be it can't be by force cos it will not also be easy for you to live her kind of lifestyle.

If you want her to start socializing, start by taking her out to a very cool and lovely places. Places that do not play loud music. Not to overcrowded place. Find a seat a bit far from the eyes of ppl.
Make sure two of you go there when ppl have not crowded the venue.

Just greet friends and let them go. No too much introduction. Don't do anything that will draw attention to your table matter how nice the thing may be. An introvert dislikes attention even when it is to her advantage. Make sure you pay much attention to her. Do not leave her to go greeting your guys.Explain to her things happening around in a way that will fascinate her.

Finally, do not spend too much time outside with her. Tell her it's time to go when she still love what are happening around. If you stay too long, she'll become bored and will not be interested to go out another day.

Gradually, she will stay coming out from her shell.

https://eyesoflagos.com/2025/06/26/man-pays-%e2%82%a645-million-for-car-disappears-for-2-years-car-dealer-left-in-limbo/
At my workplace, we have a branch that handles consolidated logistics services. One day, a man came in with some items he wanted to waybill to a particular destination. He arrived just as the staff were preparing to close for the day.

Despite the timing, the staff assessed the items and gave him a charge. Without any bargaining, he paid in full.

Then, he handed one of the staff a piece of paper with his name, along with the name and phone number of the person who was to receive the items. He also mentioned he would return the next morning with the remaining items. After that, he left.

The next day came and went, but the man never showed up. Two days passed, still no sign of him. There was no way to contact him because he hadn’t provided his own phone number.

Out of concern and curiosity, the staff decided to call the number of the intended recipient listed on the paper. That’s when things took a strange turn.

The recipient picked up, and the staff explained the situation, asking if he could help get in touch with the sender so the waybill process could be completed. After hearing the sender’s name, the man on the other end suddenly exclaimed, “God forbid!”

He went on to explain that the name given belonged to his elder brother, who had died and was buried over a year ago.

Everyone at the office was stunned. The staff began to wonder, What exactly did we receive? And what would I do with money from a ghost?

When the recipient was told that the items were ready to be sent to him, he firmly declined and said they should not send anything as he had no idea what we were talking about.

Since that day till now, no body has come for the items.

You can't uninstall a pre-installed app from your phone unless you root the phone.

Phone Cloner is a follow-come app in some phones. It's used to transfers files from your old phone to a new one in a faster way.

If I may ask, why do you want to uninstall it?
It's a very important app.

Below is the summary of what Zenith Bank is saying:

It only has one major loan that’s above the limit set by the Central Bank, and it will fix that by June 30, 2025.

It also has just two other loans under special monitoring, and the bank is setting aside enough money to cover them by the same date.
They also said that It has already raised more than the ₦500 billion required by the Central Bank as the new minimum capital. So, it is financially very strong.

Because of that, shareholders don’t need to worry for the bank will still be able to pay dividends in 2025.

In a layman's terms, Zenith Bank is saying, "We’re in good shape. We’ll fix the few issues we have by June 2025. We’re strong financially and will still pay you your dividends."

As Christian, Can You really Forget, even when you have forgiven?
There is nothing like forgive and forget.
I can sincerely forgive you, but I may not easily forget that action, attitude or character.
Forgetting it will make me a fool and vulnerable for a repeat.

I'll forgive you, and if I choose to continue with you, I'll not be dealing with you according to that thing you did which I've forgiven you, but I will not forget it so that it will guide me against bn too loose that you can easily repeat that offense.

I'm the other hand, if you are someone I don't want to have anything with after what you did to me. I may also chose to forgive and "forget" you.

I will forgive you and forget that someone like you do exist. Nothing you'll do will move me. Both good and bad.
I'll not have bad mind against you and you'll never be my friend.
That is the only forgive and forget I know.

You really think they left the enriched Uranium there, for Trump to come bomb it ?

For those that dont understand how nuclear weapons are made, the main ingredient is the 400kg of enriched Uranium believed to be owned by Iran.

Once Iran was able to hide this 400kg of enriched Uranium.....You can Bomb the whole Iran. It doesn't stop there ability to make Nuclear Bombs.

My bet is USA striked nothing, the Iranians didnt survive 2500 years by being stupid.

If the USA really destroyed the enriched uranium, there should be detectable and measurable radioactive leaks in the air in those places....Guess what none reported so far !!!!
Oga, sincerely speaking, do you believe this thing you wrote?

Evacuating enrich uranium from it's place to another place.
Do you know that this is highly radioactive and dangerous element that must be kept in a specific facility and it will be dangerous to be moved to another place without such complex facility.

If they have a spare facility to house the uranium, Mosad would've even detected it before now which would have bn part of the places to monitor in case Iran want to move it.
Iran should stop their cho cho cho and surrender unconditionally.

Peace to the world.

Iran is stronger than Israel one on one, Israel is enjoying the full support of America
Some of you talk like kids that are without developed brains.

No country lives without allies.
In event of wars, you get supports from your allies. The only nation that was able to flight their wars alone without allies was the Biafra.

Now, if a country planned to fight another country, she will consider the strength is that country and also the country allies knowing that she will be fighting that country together with that country's allies.

So all these talk of this country is stronger than the other country on one on one is a non&ense talk.

Programming › Re: AI Is Now Coding For My Boss by Psoul(m): 6:16pm On Jun 17, 2025
Aniahbaby:
We can’t dispute the fact that artificial intelligence is so helpful to humans, and it has reduced the stress and hassle in the workplace. This same AI has made so many people so lazy that they can’t think straight on their own.

For instance, the year before artificial intelligence came into existence, everyone was using their brain to write and think. Ever since we all adopted artificial intelligence into our lives, we can no longer think on our own.
It has gotten to the point that even our bosses are no longer demanding ideas from us. Instead, they go online, type in a few prompts, and boom, AI does the thinking and coding. Before, my boss would ask me to write some code or generate ideas for our web project. But now? He just types a few sentences into different AI and tells me to “touch it up.”

How do you expect someone like me to improve if I don’t get to think? I mean, AI is now coding for my boss. It's gradually taking over our responsibilities, and guess what? We are letting it.
It’s funny how we begged for jobs and prayed for opportunities to prove ourselves, but now that we finally have them, we are giving them out to machines. I’m not against AI, but it’s like we are slowly pushing ourselves out of relevance.

Maybe it’s time to ask ourselves: are we growing with AI, or are we letting it grow in place of us?
Let’s not allow technology to make us useless. Use AI, but don’t lose your human intelligence
Losing your job cos of AI means that you were not even good from the start.

Just like during the advent of computers, we used to hear that computers will take over people's jobs. Here we are still doing our jobs.

Driverless cars will not take job of drivers.
School teachers will not be out of job cos of AI.
Many programmers will still be needed irrespective of the presence of AI.

Problem with many dog owners, especially we in Nigeria, we like aggressive dogs. We train our dogs to be aggressive. Everyone want aggressive dog.
This is very wrong. Training your dog to be aggressive is putting even your life and that of your family in danger.

I prefer training my dogs to be smart, security conscious and also relatively sociable. That's how I grew up to see our dogs trained till I started having mine.
My dogs can never bite unnecessarily. They can't even bark at people they do not see as threat. And they listen to instructions so long as it's from someone from the family. But don't come to the house unannounced or try to shout to any member of the family. They wouldn't waste time to react.
