Whatever the position of Prof Ango, his NEF and Arewa maintain now is a ploy to drag to the President to 'comply' with their demands. At least with the acquittal of al-Mustapha, the president had done a 40 per cent of their bidding. The major headache pounding the Northern Leaders now is for their boys(Boko Haram) to lay down arms and pick up the amnesty deal, then the remaining 60 per cent must have been accomplish. So GEJ for 2015 |
Can u deliver to Uyo akwa ibom state? What's ur payment terms? |
The level of accusations, counter-accusations, infightings and cyberwar on NL is alarming and infact if transmitted to the real or physical world would do more harm than Boko Haram. I thought this would've been a forum where constructive thoughts would have helped to address personal issues as well as topical national issues devoid of prejudice. |
This is just the beginning of matters, by the time their parliament must have given the devil a rule over them, then there will recognize the sovereinty of the Almighty God. Development, Civilization and technology is driving the West mad. |
Sure, at last FG have started granting amnesty to Northerners. |
At least one of the conditions for a ceasefire by BH cum North. Now GEJ can declare publicly his intent to re-contest come 2015 |
At least another condition of the north has been met as a condition for GEJ's re-election come 2015. So . . . |
Sure, another amnesty for Northerners. Let's hear if prof ango and his elitist club would appreciate the President for this gesture. |
Kpele, if you cannot lay hands on coconut liquid, alternatively empty a satchet of glucose into a glass and pour soda water into it, drink while it is foaming. 5 minutes cure for overdose. |
You supposed to work in a newspaper outfit. Highly captivating title and thrash details. |
Honestly when I first came across this headline yesterday seeing the scoreline thought it was a basketball match result so did not care much about it. But since it is in football, then we have also added another feather to our cap (of Guinnesss Book of Records). |
Bros, they want to invoke the bayelsa show where few members impeach d boy Alams. Nigeria we are moving forward |
Bros we must always break records. Now nigeria holds world record in toothbrushing and football goals. Who can predict next? |
When you say "my name is" whether you're using 2 names (as in igbo); 3 or more (as in other tribes) you mean that the 2 or more names refer, apply to and identify one person. E.g chioma mbonu emeka refers to one person. This is especially formal. On the other hand "my names are" implies that the names you mention are the aliases of the same person i.e. The same person can be addressed or known this or that or that e.g chioma or mbonu or emeka. Hence in formal settings, he/she is expected to complete his/her name by mentiong his/her father, followed by the grandfather's names. |
simple. Ensure what you are about to bite you can chew. That is, if you want her(may be for a relationship) you should be ready to bear her her burdens. |
I am of the opinion that suspending Egypt from the AU only point to the fact that our leaders are only concerned about holding to power and not the welfare of the people who the rule. Agreed it was a democratic regime who got its legits from the the ballot boxes, yet the same electorate says they are no longer at ease with the way and manner the affairs of their state is managed, hence the military action is merely interventionist saving the country from chaos. |

Much as we await our salvation, we must also try to rise up and say NO to oppressive government and regime who perpetuate injustice. But sadly this protest that is yielding good results for other countries is not working in Nigeria. The June 12 Uniuyo students' protest where some students were killed by the Police, rather than getting justice for the dead or the students, the Police is prosecuting another 40 students. Most annoying is the fact that none of our Lawyers or the Civil Socities or human rights groups have risen up to challenge this injustice against the students. Must we keep on living this way? |
Slowly, we are getting there. It is time the Christianfolk rise up to challenge this devilish government. Anyway its the fulfillment of times. |

When I mentioned last in this forum that Nigeria is no match for Spain and Uruguay will beat Tahiti, some1 tried changing my pet name here but am sure with his eyes he had seen what I meant. We need overhauling and at least int'l competition needs professional hands to prosecute. Hope Keshi must have learnt yet another lesson |
Irrespective of the criteria used, Nigeria is no match for Spain and Uruquay will also crest past Tahiti: so we are better back home. |
