I've thought of this alot, instead of the board to keep both Mayoral & Mariano, they should use Hazard as a backup to Benz and get Arribas promoted permanently

Mayoral & Mariano will both fetch us something close to 40mil i think

I won't hide my discontentment if we don't at least sign one forward this window cause i'm sure this season will be tough and long

Kroos is still our second most press resistant midfield after modric. Their dispossession stats is there for all to see. So this is a fact.

Valverde has better link-up plays and direct running with the ball (ball progressing) but he ain't an elite press resistant midfielder (cama is even better than him in this IMO).

I just hope Don Carlo gives us enough of Cama and Touchameni midfield combo (as double pivot) in a 4:4:2 or 4:2:3:1 or 4:5:1. I feel their combo would be a nice one to try. I don't expect Kroos to be a sure starter this season (should be his last) while Casemiro rotates equally with Touchy.

Aimless passes! Defind aimless passes first so that i will know how to respond but first answer this question.

You are the last line of your midfielders and your team is trying to play from the back. First lemme explain how the team shape up when playing from the back. The two CDs spread out and your full backs push forward. Meaning if you recieve a pass from your keeper or either of your CD and you lose it to your presser/marker, he will be through on goal. Now you'hv got two options.
A. Ease the pressure by playing it back or sideways in order to restratagise.
B. Try and risk it by dribbling your way in order to bypass the press.
Which option will you go for?

Just checking up on some news about midfielders in the top five league in Europe and i can see Kroos has the highest pass completion percentage. This is impressive for a player that attempt so many passes in a match.

Kroos has really spoiled some Madrid fans with his accurate passes that if he misplaced 2 or 3 passes in a match they will start saying he is misplacing passes anyhow.

The Champions League final comes to mind. In the first half, Kroos misplaced three passes out of many passes.
1. He over hit the pass to Carvajal. Carvajal couldn't get to the ball (height) and it went out for throw-in.
2. His pass to Carvajal was intercepted in the opponent half. 3. He wanted to release Benzema on goal but the pass was blocked by the opponent defender.

These are the passes misplaced in the first half and i don't think he misplaced any pass in the second half. It broke my heart that at half time, some Madrid fans were saying he was misplacing passes anyhow.
