A woman tried to rape a sleeping man after breaking into his apartment during the middle of the night. Chantae Marie Gilman, 28, admitted attempted rape and assault charges but said she didn't know the victim and has no recollection of what happened.

The mum-of-three, who claims she suffers from bipolar disorder and psychosis, climbed into the victim's bed while he was sleeping.
Detective Roger Ishimitsu reported: “Once arriving home he fell asleep on his bed (and) slept very hard due to a long day.”
The victim told police he woke at 2am to find Gilman, who weighs nearly 16 stone, on top of him having sex, while holding his hands above his head.
He then demanded Gilman get off and leave, but she refused and told him to be quiet, according to the police report.
Gilman pleaded guilty to both charges and is due to be sentenced on June 19.
Her plea deal requires her to serve two years probation upon release from custody.

First of all,tell ur friend to open up a Nairaland account for himself and post his issues himself...unless you are the one with fvcking another mans wife.

And as for ur friend, he shouldn't fret, na simple matter. He is 30yrs old but has not found a wife material he loves...since he is 30yrs he should have a child by now.so let him pretend like he loves the new lady,impregnate her and dump her. Now he has a child. He can now wait till he is 60 or whenever he finds love.

This is not a joke, my dear. The doctor is clearly incompetent. The doctor should atleast do BHCG and abdominopelvic ultrasound scan. His index of suspicion for ectopic pregnancy should have been high when a young girl of child bearing age presented to him with amenorrhoea, bleeding per vaginam and acute abdomen. He should have atleast stabilized the patient and refer. Relying on patient's account can mislead you. This is a case of negligence of duty on the background of incompetence.

It was an emergency,she was in pain, bleeding,late in the middle of the night... The Doctors needed every info cos time wasn't a luxury and besides the doctors would feel she has no reason to lie cos her life in danger. So going through virginity test when a patient has clearly told you she is sexually inactive would be a waste of precious time that's not available...

In saner climes, that doctor risk losing his licence for negligence of duty. He ought to carry out appropriate medical test and not rely on the patient's account. A doctor should diagnose ailment before proceeding with any treatment and not rely on patients account of symptoms. He really have a lot to answer.
