It is EXTREMELY shameful if Buhari does'nt understand that Boko Haram relies heavily on CROSS-BORDER operations.

I hope Nigerians will now give credit to GEJ and our Army for preventing Boko Haram from overruning Nigeria from Kano down to Lokoja.

Boko Haram attacked and took territories in NE Nigeria,using immense propaganda, hoping that Nigeria would 'vex' and throw all her military might into those areas-allowing the insurgents' other cells to sneek into interior Nigeria and wreck havoc on the entire nation.

This is what Nigeria's enemies and many western nations wanted too. A scenario where Nigeria used all its oil money to buy arms while our economy suffers.

Fortunately, GEJ didn't fall into that trap and our economy continues to be the most sort after and biggest in Africa.

Chad, Cameroon and Niger, francophone nations that perhaps approved the western script of allowing Boko Haram to destroy Nigeria have now joined the fight. They've realized that Boko Haram poses more threat to their own respective economies than that of Nigeria.

GEJ has just taken Ogun and Oyo.

And so the APC has succeeded in shielding Buhari from exposing his ignorance on national and international television.

Buhari will not be attending any Presidential debates, but will focus on Town hall meetings where questions will be thrown at him.
These town hall meetings will be organised by APC. Obviously, both questions and answers at any given even will be stage managed.

Many APC fans see this as a bold strategic move to protect Buhari's image and sustain his percieved momentum.

But the truth is,with this move, Buhari has just lost a chunk of admirers and undecideds.

It is left for PDP to make the best out of all debates, showcasing their intellectual superiority and reminding Nigerians how stage fright got the better part of Buhari.

As for APC, Nigeria has over 700 towns, hence we wish them good luck with all their town-hall meetings.

This is a very shameful development, APC should redeem itself and allow Buhari attend a neutral debate.

Even if Buhari messes up at the election debates, most APC fans have already vowed to vote Buhari even if he presents NEPA bill as certificate. So, why the fear?

Last time I checked Goodluck didnt attend 2011 presidential debate.

In 2011, GEJ attended NEDG debates (boycotted by Buhari) while Buhari attended Election Debates organised by defunct NN24 (boycotted by GEJ)

The argument then was that ALL Election debates should come under one umbrella instead of organising scattered debates. The opposition refused.

Ever since the Boko Haram insurgency started in Nigeria, our government had constantly called on Chad, Cameroon and Niger to take an active role in the fight against insurgents.

Boko Haram had always taken advantage of Nigeria's porous borders with these francophone nations. Most of the territories captured by Boko Haram are very close to these borders.

There was no way Nigerian army could launch a major offensive against Boko Haram without the insurgents slipping through our borders and vanishing. Hence our troops remained defensive.

Today, things have changed; Nigeria's North-Eastern neighbours have realized that Boko Haram poses more threat to their own respective economies than that of Nigeria. In Chad for example, the insurgent's activities are getting closer to her oil reserves at the Chad basin.

The mutual suspicion that had prevented Nigeria, Niger, Chad and Cameroon from forming a united front against Boko Haram has given way to reason.

Credit must be given to the current administration of President Goodluck Jonathan for preventing Boko Haram from establishing firm roots in Nigeria's interior, though many suicide attacks did occur.

Recent activities of Chadian and Cameroonian armies on captured border towns within Nigeria are under the auspices of a Multi-National Joint Task force agreement LED BY NIGERIA.

I advise certain sections of the Nigerian opposition to stop selling the narrative that our gallant Nigerian troops are laid back while Chadian and Cameroonian army do all the fighting, it's totally false.

Majority of uncollected PVC's in Lagos state (over 50%) belong to non-indigenes especially Igbos in Lagos.

APC has planted its agents as INEC Adhoc staff. PVC's with non-Yoruba names have been set aside, and when their owners emerge they are deliberately frustrated or delayed, some asked to pay money.

I have confirmed this incident from at least 4 people and I call on the authorities to look into it.
