YeyeBoyfriend:
Is there anyone here who captured on the 23rd of this month at Alausa NIS centre?

N4.20k

@purity2all
*** If you have Honeywell shares and want to sell it to Flour Mills @N4.20, fill the MTO Form sent to you by Morgan, scan and send back to them before offer closes on 26th August, 2022 ............that's the summary of it.
Also:
* Pls understand that Flour Mills thru Ecowise and Greywise is picking just 1% from general

shareholders for now......
* It's in fulfilment of a bulk purchase rule.......because they already acquired over 76% already....including the 5.06% from FBNH.
* This 1% representing 79.3Million units will be pro-rated if they receive more tenders than the 79.3M from general investors......which may turn out to be insignificant quantities to pick from each investor....
* All these details have been posted here before now.......
** The main one that may eventually benefit the remaining shareholders will be a merger of Honeywell and FMN flour biz or total acquisition..........this aspect is totally in the hands of FMN whichever way they later decided to do it.

I got a mail from Morgan in relation to the MTO. Please, are they buying off existing shares? I'm still struggling to understand the MTO.

SEPLAT RESPONSE TO MEDIA REPORTS
* Reports that Ministerial Approval of MPU acquisition has been withdrawn is false.....
* No such notice received by SEPLAT...

I can think of two possible solutions.

1. If what you have is a 3D glass protector, you might want to remove that and see whether problem persist.

2. You might want to disable any settings that automatically prevents accidental presses such as the Inadvertent mode setting. There might be others just check your settimgs for any settings that controls the proximity sensor.

Try 2 first before maybe, 1

I had this issue before. It resolved itself. Although someone said it was settings. It later resolved itself

Costa will one day start Chelsea matches. Make Morata carry injury.
Batshuayi is just a Scam
Chelsea will have no choice to fall back on the Poor lad

No wonder players were rejecting a move to Chelsea. It seems Conte is a difficult person to deal with.

Share if u think Chelsea is Winning UCL. Like if Chelsea is not.
