It is not the bookie that determines the exchange rate. It is CBN that does that. Exchange rates may vary slightly between different banks but all still hover around the approved exchange rate.

I use Neteller for my withdrawals.

Its starting to look like most of these supposedly paid tips are another avenue to scam/obtain money from gulible people and something needs to be drastically done about it.

Almost every new betting thread is based on paid tips, avenue to recruit subscribers.

To the crux of the matter, Richard6, if you promised a refund policy, I strongly suggest you keep to your word and honour that policy.

You cannot locate a phone with its IMEI number, @least not in naija.
If you need the IMEI, check on the phone packaging assuming its a new phone. .......other than that, there is no way to know the IMEI of a phone unless you are physically with the phone.

Your bank would convert it @the exchange rate of the day that the funds arrive.
........and if you are using debit card......better make sure its either Access visacard or UBA Africard.

Those 2 work flawlessly with 365. I don't know about other bank cards.
