CBN did not cancel online transactions, they only limited the amount which you can use to do foreign online transaction.

Please, this is online e-currency conversion. It is a very risky biz.
Truexgold has to be absolutely sure of whose account he is remitting monies to & where the money came from....... reconciling both is tasking when you have to deal with multiple people at the same time who are requesting for instant service.
This applies to all e-currency exchangers.

Money sent to a wrong account cannot be recovered unless the person who received such money has a heart of Gold.
