You may want to ask why the governor withdraw the case? Ofcos now there is another case in federal high court in Rivers state following the defection of the speakers, Supreme court has nothing to do with this case, cos the case today was about authentic speaker and not defection.
So in the coming days, expect the federal court to sack Amaewhule and his friends, and if this judgement happens, it automatically means the supreme court ruling will not be obeyed.

Our business is NNPCL and what NNPCL is importing have reduced significantly. The oil marketers can buy from anywhere that they wish. Even with Dangote refinery, they still import from abroad, even though Dangote is still fighting them in court. The fact is Importation overall have reduced which has reduced pressure on the naira.
