Zedicusdgreat and IamTitanum..me i'm talking based on what happened to a friend..didn't actually know that history and isd have the same subject combo..well..her case might be like that of another friend of mine who had an aggregate of 68 and was given french instead of law..she has an aunt in the agric dept so she called to complain and her aunt made some calls and she was asked to report to the auditorium that her case was a mistake..i havn't called her yet so i don't know if the problem was rectified or not..i guess some people are just unlucky though..you were sorta rude though @zedicus

for all those who were admitted in the 2nd list and had their courses changed ..don't blame uniben..the fault is yours..you made a wrong subject combination so uniben could not give you your desired course e.g..i know a girl who scored 67 going for isd was given history while people with 58 were given isd

honourable pomk..uniben acceptance fee can never be 10k woh..its increased yearly..as @ 2008 they paid 20k..2011 paid 38..2013 paid 45k so i think ours might be up to 50

and when u're told that you need 200k for the clearance..it simply means that you are advised to have that amount so that you'll not go running home for more..its better to budget higher than lower..i know someone who spent a total of 160k last year

A friend of mine from delta state got 68 and was given french..she has an aunt who lectures in the agric dept in uniben so she made few phone calls and they were like hers is a mistake that she should come to the school first thing the next morning (which was a saturday)..she had to travel from ph here to benin very early yesterday..havn't called for feedback though buh i hope everything works out..just thought i should note that..anyways..you were given french right cos i think they gave everybody that applied for law and got aggregates of 60 and above buh didn't make the cutoff french..below it was lit nd eng..adult edu,etc

..I have..its a very easy process..i just went to jamb office and told the man what i wanted..he gave me a
scratch card and and directed me to a cyber cafe where 2 copies were printed out for me..one had an "original copy (for candidates use only)" inscripted on it and the other was "duplicate copy(for institution use only)"..it cost me a total of #1700 although 1000 was written on the scratch card..the scratch card can also be purchased from any cyber cafe in your area though if jamb office is far from your house..just tell them you want to purchase the jamb admission letter printing scratch card

davestead: My dear, in Europe, engineering is normally 3 years plus one year for Industrial training known as SIWES but here in Nigeria, if you add one year for science in 100 level and another six months for SIWES, the years will increase...from my own investigation though.

..You're wrong woh..i got law and the correct 5 years was stated and i also have pals goind for medicine and jamb stated the correct 6 years..the problem was only with engineering courses..4 years was stated instead of 5 years
