I am exceedingly proud of Nigeria for the tactics used in eradicating the ebola disease which threatened to wipe off the entire nation
i admire the level of unity and focus our government applied in tackling EVD
at least this is a major achievement for us this year amidst the chibok girls and boko haram crisis we are facing cos the EVD was far more dangerous than the so-called bokoharam sect

indeed NIGERIA HAS MADE NIGERIANS PROUD..we deserve all the glory and honour we are receiving right now

Some, the pimples on their faces intends to come out, things around em irritate em very well.
Buh for someone like me, if I don't eat, I intend to feel less pain. So I go hungry through out the day.
Or the sugary things I've taken...there was a time ma sis had her bd, she got cakessss in her office and brought some home.. I was to start that day. I said whether d devil likes it or not, I must eat these cakes. The next day, I was all rolling on d floor like a mad woman . Will never try it again.

Yours is quite better cus u eat and puke to reduce the pains

..I've got a friend who experiences that pimple stuff..when shes close to her period you'd just see huge pimples growing frome nowhere

another friend of mine also had cramps so severe that she'd miss classes on the 1st day..we later found out that twas cos she took lots of sugar..back in the hostel..she'd use like 8 sugars for just one soaking (thats what we call the junks we eat e.g cornflakes golden morn garri etc)..so she was advised to take little or none and today shes got a different story..
I get irritated easily to though buh i've learnt to control it though..like the anger ishes

next time close your throat woh or at least just take little of it cos thats what me i would do

Many diseases/infections have similar symptoms, well am not saying you are infected with anything but just couldn't stop laughing when you said you are ok just because you noticed you are not alone and please don't forget that body systems are not the same and similar symptoms may signify different illness in different systems all am saying is you should better go and see a doctor and stop comparing your system with others shekina!!!

u didn't get what was on ground....... smthing like,,, I got lit & English in jamb site and in uniben site but because of my high score I have to call and then uniben gave apology and move me to my desired course(law).... while jamb still hold lit & English. I was also told I would have a clearance different from the general clearance.... I think it should be of gud if such clearance will rectify all my issues with but jamb and uniben but if it doesn't, me can't say where such admission will end one o

..She wasn't given lit nd eng..she was given french..every body who applied for law and scored 60 and above but not up to the cutoff was given french..thats what i've noticed so far though..she scored 68..she sounds pretty sure of the stuff buh i'll talk to her though..at least some of you here are more experienced and so know better..i just hope for the best

ypu do realise deres a possibility of ur having parasites... they tend to xrawl up n down d body a lot. they also can fasten round d neck causing nausea.... dou take sugar and carbohydrates a lot?then consider using herbal bitters...ask d elewe omo in d market to concoct it for u...trust me i used to hv terrible menstrual pain...till i started drinking agbo

and its a no-no for me and any drug that comes in liquid form..so i don't take herbs..liquid drugs nauseates me..i throw up whenever i take it..
i don't personally fancy taking drugs for my cramps though buh thanks a lot..again..i really appreciate

I thought something was wrong until I consulted different gynecologists and all said the same thing, "you're fine, lots of women have the same symptoms".

..Thanks dear..i feel a lot safe now cos thats exactly what happens to me..the stooling isn't consistent but the throwing up is mandatory..after the first two days..i'm completely okay..no pains no stress..i do have heavy flows though..esp in the 1st three days..
its nice to know that i'm not in this alone..at least i know now i aint abnormal..was really scared

although some people were admitted by merit..i think they have a weird system of admitting students though..buh its all in God's hands

Hello dear. Please don't b so anxious. I know of people who used to throw up even when they started. Some sort of hormonal change might have made it start again. Did you start taking any sort of drug at that period? Not a doctor but please don't b anxious. Its probably nothing. Go to a doctor to confirm. Just dont b worried or scared. Throwing up is normal for some women. I know one of them personally . always good to speak out dear. If not to your mum, some one older than you.

i don't think i took any drugs though..i also never take drugs for my cramps..i see it as something that'd go anyway so i never take any drug for it
would have blamed it on my diet buh i don't take much sugar..so thats got me even more confused
