I am relocating so i have few new and some moderately used baby items

Wardrobe =50,000 can be used by both adult and children 7month old
Graco play pen= 23000 never bn used
Stroller = 17000 never been used
Fisherprice baby to toddler rocker = 15000 brand new
Tommy tippie feeding bottles = 10000, used only one bottle so not included
Car booster for age two and above =5000 used only during vacation
Baby foldable bath= 8000 used on during vacation
Baby potty= 4000 baby never used it but cam be given FOC to the person that buys the wardrobe
Car seat=moderately used and comes with car base = 10000

slightly negotiable.
I also have 2005 honda accord for sale for 800k. Bought it 5month ago.

Where should i start, i heard about fsw november last year and at the same my bro in usa told me to come over. I got to usa and i was told various means to obtain the green card, in short my husband i met with my arrangee spouse and we started preparing on how to get the fake divorce papers. It got to a stage i told my spouse that we should stick witg express entry cos i was scared of the repercussions. I left usa after 2month and came back home. I wrote my ielts same month twice and made it. My step mum stopped talking to me cos i didnt stay back. She called once and told me to tell her the truth that maybe we were to broke to afford plane tickets back to usa. She wanted us to go tru asylum to canada and refused talking to me ever since them. But today olowogbogboro made a way where there's no way. PPR came in

Please is there always another ghost notification you receive few days after passing medicals or it is the same ghost notification prior to PPR? The confusing thing here is that medicals was changed to passed just like 2days ago and RPPF is yet to be paid.

That ghost update is for the passed medicals. Assuming u r in ip2 n you see a ghost update then its likely u get ppr in less than few days

A friend has 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with ND and 1 year in the same profession after he obtained HND.

Quantity Surveying falls under NOC 2234 and the educations requirement is as below;

Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a three-year college program in civil or construction engineering technology or Several years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in a construction trade such as plumbing, carpentry or electrical, are required.
Certification by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is usually required.

Please can he claim points for 3years or more?

Hope the 4years experience didnt include while studying for HND. If he was a fulltime student, it wont fly

My baby gots his 5days after birth. Also baby is only going to do vital signs while mother will do the neccessary tests.

That's why I had to refer him/her to page 0 thereafter. Having ONLY an OND wouldn't avail him/her much with respect to getting an ITA even if eligibility is passed, whether it's evaluated as 1 year or 2 years.

Again, the job he does has got nothing to do with the process, provided it falls under the right NOC. Hope you understand my point now.

First i am no bro. 2nd. I said dts wrong cos u said its likely for it to be equivalent to 1year. No matter wot its going to be accessed to two years. Also i said it depends on d job. While filling my profile it asked me wen i first qualified to practice, if i had chosen a senior or a managerial position in my field then OND wont fly cos its on the NOC page already dt even a diploma cert can practice d profession. Anyways he/she can give PNP a try and if ITA drops to 413 then Express entry it is as long as he/she has CLB 10 plus 3 years work experience.

If that's the person's ONLY educational qualification, then I'm afraid he/she can't. OND will likely be evaluated as equivalent to 1 year certificate by WES.

Before you ask further questions, please head to page 0. You need to acquaint yourself with the information there.

Thats wrong. OND is equivalent to 2years diploma and he can apply for EE with it depending on the job he's doing. Some work doesnt require a degree certificate.

For my payment i saw a debit from IMMIOttawa. Is this a general thing when you pay online with your card or is this something that shows my application is being processed in Ottawa?
How long does your application have to be there for you to determine when you can request to know?

Immiottawa is responsible for taking payments. U can find out your vo after your case file has been transferred or after a month or two plus by calling the cic customer care. U can also order gcms notes maybe 2 month after submitting to know your visa office

You are required to list everyone be it step-parent, step/half brother or sister.

If not for anything, at least they may need to claim points from you in future.

Hello people. Pls i was going to ask about family members . If you have 2 step mums , is it okay to include in your application as direct family members? One lives in usa with her 3 children the other in nigeria with 2 children but im confused that putting it will affect my application. My dad gave me part of the proof of funds Hope they dont start wondering if i have too much baggage. Does polygamy affect anything.

Let me tell you wot i did. I didnt include all my step ones. I included only one child each from each step mums and left out those with uk n us citizenship. I cant come and kill masef.

Tale of patience:

Apr 2017: my CRS was 378
2017 May end draw: CRS cutoff 413
June 7th 2017:IRCC changed rules
June 8th 2017: got 8 in listening, CRS = 432
Aug 2017: Cutoff dropped to 433 twice (missed by 1 point)
Aug 2017: Immediately joined 1 yr diploma course
January 2018: Gift of my 30th Birthday (CRS dropped to 427)
April 2018: CRS cutoff hovering around 440 (feeling depressed at 427)
Today June 8, 2018: Received WES report on my 1 yr diploma, accepted, and now i have 2 or more certificates

Next draw (hopefully next Wed): With my updated CRS of 459 this draw belongs to me.

Moral of the story: DON'T GIVE UP AND CRY LATER, FIGHT TILL THE END. Respect destiny and remember, TIME & PATIENCE can overcome anything. Be hopeful and never give up. Ppl with less score don't sit idly, learn french or do a 1 yr diploma, do anything in your hand to increase ur CRS.
