GlitteringStar: The date she became qualified to practice will be the date written on her OND certificate and not BSc certificate since she did the internship after her OND program but before starting her BSc program. Exactly. If she graduated october 2016, her internship should start reading by nov 2016. Mine started reading the following month but i did internship for 1yr 6month because the school was on strike. Can i claim that extra 6month with LOE. I need the years experience badly. |

futureenergy: Lagos govt made today public holiday. Besides, there have been announcements on the blocking of various routes since Tuesday. I'm not in Lagos yet I saw the roads to block on Channels TV.
Complaining has become our hobby, maybe because it's easier to complain than to find solutions. Yes public holiday for state workers only. My hubby went to work today, so i wouldnt blame him if he complained about what he encountered today as a result of the presidential visit. So lets cut sthillz some slack. Some people cant just sit their ass at home today because it is going to cost them their jobs. |

IOM was no go area. Childrens place is 28k for adult and children making 112k for family of 4. So its almost same except of the person is single |

MoCare: Dear House
Greetings to you all. I am just a bit worried regarding the POF. I have CAN$20,000 for a family of three (considering minimum requirement is $19,093) and this is the amount (CAN$20,000) that will be showing as current balance on my bank statement prior to submitting my application (please note this statement will be available three days before submission). However, the amount is very likely to reduce by CAN$2,230 (upon paying the application fees for family of 3) immediately after submitting the application. Will IRCC now calculate my POF as CAN$20,000 minus CAN$2,230 (application fees) = CAN$17,770, which is now lower than the required minimum of CAN$19,093. I will appreciate your kind gesture. Thanks To make it easier for you, make sure you have minimum of $22500 if possible $23000 in that account to avoid stories that touch. People get denied because of just $300. |

caseynewnn: thank u so much.so when n how do I pay You are going to be sent your application number within 3weeks of sending your application form, if your transcript has gotten there within that period, you Will be notified in your mail and if otherwise you will be informed too. But you can make payment using your application number by putting a call through to them between 9am-12pm Vancouver time and dictate your credit card details to them. Thats all |

caseynewnn: Qsola, pls explain d process of evaluating result using ICES.it doesn't seem as easy as WES.is there suppose to be a form that will b sent to d school.how n when is payment made, do i need to also send a statement of result You download an application form from the ICES BCIT website then fill it, submit with your international passport and statement of result if available. Then scan and mail all these back to ICES. You can then tell your school to send your transcript either by email or courier. They have a way of figuring it out. I didnt send my statement of result but they were able to link it with my transcripts |

nadina: Okay, where and how do i start celebrating and thanking God for His faithfulness and favor. I remember prior to my arrival in Calgary, i was discouraged from pursing a career in HR, as not being a lucrative career with little or no job opportunities in Canada. I was determined to follow my passion and dreams of becoming a world renowned Human Resources Consultant and i wasn't backing out.
On arrival in Calgary, i took advantage of one of the Government bridging programs , Corporate Readiness Training Program, a very good and informative one. I learnt how to write my resume the Canadian style, soft skills, interview preparation, and LinkedIn profile update. Then again, i was discouraged by the program instructor not to venture into HR profession yet as my little over 3months experience in HR will not be impressive to any employer. I contacted various recruitment agencies, and to God be be the glory, i landed my first contract job before the end of the program in a Multinational Investment Bank in Downtown Calgary. I continued my job search while working there. Lo and behold, one very good afternoon, i got a LinkedIn invite from the Director of Human Resources in one of the Oil and Gas servicing company in downtown, i accepted his request and he sends me a message, saying, "Hello, i am in need of HR Administrative Assistant in my company, would you mind sending me your resume for review". I quickly sent him my resume. Few minutes later, i received a call from the HR Manager scheduling an interview. I attended the interview two days later and she requested for two work references and promised to get back to me.
Before then, i heard God tell me, "the job is yours already, He single-handedly picked it for me. I am happy to announce to the whole house, indeed God keeps to His Word, i have received my employment letter and due to start work on Monday. For those till doubting that there is not just a God, but a Faithful one at that, who doesn't follow protocols in bringing to pass His Word, please you may have to reconsider your thoughts.
I am really ecstatic right now and want to encourage us all believers, do all you can, network all you can, prepare the best resume, enroll in the best courses, but do not rely on your efforts, put your trust in God and He will never let His children down. Congrats |

Please did you attach the scanned expired passport pages to travel documents or the LOE upload box.My husband is the PA and we aren't sure where to upload my refusal explanation and the past passport pages. Congratulations again!! Same here. The post gave me hope. My dh uk denial was 2004 and 2005. I believe we might be lucky enough to escape LVO. |
