The showroom caters to clients who visit us from all over Nigeria to transact with us face to face. There is nothing like physically meeting and shaking the hands of the people you do business with. You can touch & feel the hair extensions while going over our excellent pricing of the extensions.

2.How much can I make as profit on each hair?


Answer - That is completely up to you! We do not set your prices. It’s your business and you know what your customers will pay for the hair. We sell at the factory /wholesale price price to you. It's up to you to fix your retail price to make some great profits!

It is recommended you sell with reasonable profit to avoid overpricing your goods and scaring potential customers away.

3.What is the weight of the bundles?


Answer - All our wefted hair extension bundles have a weight of 100g.This is the standard weight for raw hairs.

For single drawn hairs, the standard is 300g which makes a full fix. For Raw Vietnamese hairs, the standard weight that can make a full fix is is 200g because it's equivalent to the 300g of single drawn hairs. Therefore, we sell our hairs per 200g and 300g.

Raw Vietnamese hairs which we deal on majorly, has more volume, density and more equal lenghts of hairs which is why 200g gives a full fix.
We sell extra 100g bundles upon request for clients who want extremely full fix.




4.What color are the hair bundles?


Answer - Most of our Raw Vietnamese hairs are a 1B or natural color unless otherwise specified as factory colored.

We have a rich collection of factory colored extensions.


5. Do you keep the weaves in stock ?
Answer -

Yes! Our Port Harcourt showroom/Sales outlet houses over 500 – hair bundles (per full fix) in stock at all times.

We supply hair to both large and small scale hair resellers. We receive incoming hair shipments from Vietnam up to twice a month to ensure we have all the hair extensions in stock for immediate delivery.

When it comes to wholesale hair weave, we are serious and well stocked!

6.If I place my order now, when will it get to me?


Answer-Most orders are sent out the same day if ordered before 12pm using our logistics service partner DHL, which delivers Nationwide /Worldwide, to your doorstep in 24-72hrs, Monday through Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Message with the tracking number, to allow you track your parcel movement and view updates on the DHL website, until its delivered to you .

The delivery time of orders hair will mostly be determined by two factors.
i. ) How far is the delivery location from Port Harcourt?
ii.) Is the weave being shipped to a small town with limited logistics?

Most clients in the Southern and, Eastern and Western cities close to Port Harcourt will receive their package the next day. Those in the North will likely recieve their orders within 48-72 hours after it was dispatched to DHL.



7.I want to start my hairline. How do I get started?


Answer - There are many answers to this question! The best thing you do before starting your brand of weave is to do extensive research.

We are however here to guide you as our distributor to get your brand off the ground quickly with the best wholesale hair weave prices, tutorials on the hair business and marketing tips.


7.Is Queenzhair a duly registered business name in Nigeria?


Answer - Yes we are registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act and was issued a certificate of registration of business name to that effect. Our Business is registered as "QUEENEF GLOBAL VENTURES ", the registration number is - 2504688. Do well to verify from the Corporate Affairs commission website to know more about us.

We are also a Google verified business. That is why Queenzhair is listed on Google as a Hair extensions supplier. Our showroom location is also featured on Google worldwide maps.

8.How long does Queenzhair weaves last?


Answer - We take great pride in our weave quality and it is 100% guaranteed.

We sell Raw Unprocessed Human hairs(sourced directly from Vietnam). It is the purest and highest quality of hair in the world right now.

It has been shown to last for 3-5 years (with proper maintenance). Also all Queenzhair Raw Vietnamese hair extensions are covered by a valid warranty.

It is however subject to the condition that Queenzhair shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear after years of reusing, wilful damage caused by negligenc or failure to follow proper care instructions for the hair type, misuse, alteration by cutting the weft or treatments without consulting Queenzhair or a Professional hair laundry for proper guidance.

Therefore, Queenzhair weaves can be used for even more than the specified years, it really depends on proper care. We have a lot clients who have installed their Queenzhair weave multiple times, and they tell us the hairs can last a lifetime.

Always endeavor to ask us for guidance on how each hair can be properly cared for to ensure maximum usage of our weaves by your or your Clients to avoid voiding your warranty.

If there be any defect in the hair quality (which rarely happens) and it's verified to be a factory defect which makes the hair shed or tangle,you don't have anything to fear.

Let us know about the issue and send clear pictures to verify your claim . We have a good quality assurance system in place that would address the issue fairly.


9.How will I be compensated when a weave bought from you has a factory defect?
.
Answer- In the rare occurrence of a product defect, our policies are as follows:

1.Client should contact us on WhatsApp with +2349050968121 and notify us of their issues or concerns.

The hair must be snapped in daylight so we can access the issue viewing a clear photo of the hair. Videos or pictures can be sent as evidence to support your claims.

We will further request that the hair be shipped back to us for proper investigation of the issue.


. Note that any of the following acts that wasn't professionally done or done using products that were not recommended by Queenzhair, voids the warranty-
1.Washing with harsh shampoos containing sulphates and alcohol.
2.Coloring done by an inexperienced colorist using substandard hair dyes.
3. Cutting or splitting the hair weft during fixing
4.Applying all sorts of hair products on the hair .Please note that our raw Vietnamese hairs are best cared for using Original Moroccan Argan oil/serum to keep its Lustre and bounce.
5.wilful negligence to properly care for the hair by brushing daily and not using all sorts of hair oils on it.

All of the above, VOIDS THE PRODUCT DEFECT WARRANTY POLICY, as treating the hair in these ways without guidance from us can damage the weave.In that case, you won't be compensated by Queenzhair.

On the other hand, if our showroom successfully verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way not caused by an action that voids the warranty, Queenzhair will then exchange, replace the product or issue a refund.

The next step is to have the hair shipped to our Port Harcourt showroom (if the issue requires it). That's where we will investigate the cause of the hair defect.

If it's deduced to be caused by poor maintenance or use of bad hair products (with silicon and sulphate), we won't be liable to offer any monetary compensation . We can however treat it for a fee using our hair laundry service to revive the hair bundles to a better state.
On the other hand, where the issue is one caused by a processing error by the hair factory , we would treat the hair and also make a refund ranging from 25-45% of the purchase price as a way of monetary compensation in addition to the client keeping the hair.

The monetary compensation is just our small way of saying we care about the quality we sell, as well as Client satisfaction,and apologizes for any inconveniences the issue with the hair may have caused you or your client.



10.Is the Queenzhair brand logo on the products I order?


Answer-Nope! All our hairs, wigs and Hair products shipped to Clients who reaelldoes not include our branding.


11.Can I have my own hair weave brand?
Answer -

Answer - I am sorry we do not sell synthetic, packet or processed weaves . We sell Raw 100% human hair weaves.

However, we sell really affordable low grade human hair and Kanekalon fibre wigs with price starting from N4,500.




20.How many bundles or gram makes a full fix?
Answer. It will depend on the type and length of the weave. For raw hairs of lengths 10″ – 16″ you can comfortably use just two bundles(200g).

For lengths 18″ – 24″ we recommend three bundles(300g).

Over 24″ you will want to use four bundles(400g)

.For raw Vietnamese hair, as the hair weave gets longer, the wefts are smaller (at the head) , and you will need additional bundles for a really full sew-in.

5.WET TEST- If the hair is not virgin hair, it would feel heavy when it becomes wet.Virgin or raw 100% Human hair becomes wavy or curly when you wet a few strands.A bone straight hair ought to curl slightly when it's wet, especially the tips.
6.COLOR/TEXTURE TEST- Another easy that test can be carried out to find out whether the hair claimed to be Virgin Remy/Raw hair is actually that or not, is by observing the color and texture of the hair strands. A virgin Or raw Hair will always have the donor’s hair color.Also, a Virgin or donor raw hair is never overly soft or silky. There is always a slightly coarse feel to the hair. So,it's misguided to think that once a hair is very soft, it must be a good hair!
.
The color may range from natural black to browns. Another aspect is that the color of the entire bunch of hair is not likely to be uniform. This is because natural highlights (both darker and lighter) of the primary color can be present. Moreover, you may even find grey hair strands in the bundle.
.
To carry out this test, take the hair bundle and look at the colors of the hair strands closely, in a well lit area.
.

2. THE BURN TEST
This is probably the most well-known method of testing whether human hair is 100 percent real hair.
.
When you burn human hair, the flame burns briefly, leaving a dark ash that turns to powder when it is crushed. The odor smells of burning flesh or burning feathers.Synthetic hair, on the other hand, rapidly melts and becomes sticky when it is burned. It then forms an ash of black beads.
.
This test can be carried out at the point of purchase.Often a simple burn test will reveal the type of fiber in your human hair extension. It is fast and easy and you will know within minutes if you have human hair extensions or a mislabeled blend.

HOW TO CARRY OUT THIS TEST-
1. Remove single strands of hair from different areas of the hair.
2. Hold the strands with use a lighter to keep a steady flame. Do not use matches as it can will mask the odor and confuse you.
3. Just take out a lighter and do a burn test on the hair. To do this, set a few strands of the hair tips on fire.

A good Grade or raw human hair turns to ashes after burning. Synthetic hair turns to sticky texture which hardens when cold.

If the hair burns with a white smoke and turns to ash, this indicates it is pure human hair and no synthetic or mixed fibers have been added to the bundle. If the hair melts and balls up, and smells like burning plastic, then they are definitely processed synthetic fibre.

Also if it burns with a black smoke and turns into a sticky texture which later hardens when cool, this indicates synthetic fibers have been added to the hair bundle and it's not 100% human hair .Synthetic or mixed hair will also produce black smoke when its burned.

NOTE-Pay attention close attention to the odor, how the hair reacts after burning and color of smoke /flame.Fake synthetic hair is extremely flammable and will produce a big flame when it comes into contact with a lighter

Real Virgin hair is not highly flammable, when it touches a flame it usually produces smoke but not a huge flame as synthetic hair does. (TO BE CONTINUED...)

It's not a hidden fact that fake, low quality mixed hairs are being sold out there by so many dishonest hair vendors. Infact, there are more vendors out there selling fake hair than those selling authentic hair! .
How do you know if your human hair bundles are fake? Sometimes it can be very obvious by just looking at the hair closely and feeling the texture, but then some low quality hairs can look and feel real too(after it's silicon coated to make it look like a good human hair) .
.
If you’ve ever been a victim to buying poor quality hair, or would like to learn more about identifying good quality human hair, and how to test for it, then this guide was written for you!
.
These are the tests to be carried out to ascertain if a weave is actually 100% human hair or just another low grade mixed hair-

1. Washing test- Basically, anything outside of water and steam processing is considered chemical processing of hair.
.
To tell if your hair bundle has been chemically processed, do this quick test – wet the hair bundle, apply a dime sized amount of neutralizing shampoo and massage into the hair. If the shampoo foam coming out from the bundle turns pink, chemicals have been applied to the hair.
.
Please note that this test is not 100% fool-proof in the case where the vendor took the time to thoroughly wash out the chemicals from the hair bundle. However, this is still a good test because many vendors do not take the time to thoroughly wash out the bundles they chemically process or receive processed.
.
Good Human hair is not supposed to tangle or change texture when it is washed. So if it gets tangled or spongey during your wash and when it's dry, know that is synthetic hair or mixed low quality hair.
.
In a bid to increase the volume of hairs produced and to sell cheaply , some manufacturers mix human hair with synthetic fiber or animal hair.So next time you see a 20" hair being sold for N15000,stop and think again.. .

A very low quality hair cannot survive past one two washes before it changes texture and turns into one big mass of matted sponge. .

Good morning, I want to patronize you but the issue I am having is why your hairs are 200g and not the regular 300g that I use for full hair. I went through your posts and was hoping to see anyone for 300g but didn't. How can you address that cuz I love my hair to be really full. Thanks.

Good morning madam. Our hairs are 200g because that's all you need for a full fix when you are using a raw Vietnamese super double drawn hair from 8" to 16". For longer lenghts of 18-28" you would need 300g.Viet Raw hair is very full and voluminous, compared to hairs from other origins. However,if you want a very very full hair, we do sell an extra 100g. Nobody wants to spend even 5k on a hair they will fix once. The average woman buying hair expects durability. It's best to sell the highest quality there is.
