A fake soldier met his Waterloo, this morning, in Lagos, while trying to use his fake military status to travel for free.

It was gathered that the suspect was trying to go to Akwa Ibom State without paying a dime at the AKTC Park at Ojuelegba, when he was nabbed. He later confessed that he was a fake soldier.

Young Ghanaian actor, Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye, popularly known as Strika, who co-starred in the “Beast of No Nation” movie says he never received any payment for his role even though he was told someone was holding the money in trust for him.

Strika alleges that after shooting the movie that that pushed Abraham Attah into the limelight, a producer – Kofi Robert – informed him that he would hold the money in trust by depositing it in a bank account until he turned 18.


However, but that hasn’t happened even though he is approaching 19.

Strika, who now hawks and begs on the streets of Accra, says neither his 1% share of the profit gained by the American service provider, Netflix, has reached him.

“After the movie, I was to be paid 1% of the profit made from the movie. They told me it’s in the bank but I am yet to see the money,” he explained.

Strika has also revealed that his relationship with his co-actor, Abraham Attah hasn’t been the same ever since he relocated to the USA.

“The way he [Abraham Attah] now behaves is not good. The way he talks; the way he replies is not good. He will be shouting on you and all stuff, I don’t know if it’s because he has travelled outside [sic],” he said.

Strika also disclosed that he was paid ¢10,000 for “Jungle Justice”, a movie he starred in after “Beast of No Nation”, but a manager by the name, Mawuko, used all the monies to buy him “clothes and shoes”.

“Mawuko used the money to buy suits and other things the money was not given to me directly; I was only told…! Strika disclosed.

A video has emerged of a man identified as Stanley, beating one Boma, a friend to his girlfriend, Anita, for allegedly slandering him.

The incident happened, this morning, along Aba road, Port harcourt, Rivers State.

According to reports, Stanley had told Anita that he has a white collar job, however, Boma, was said to have put a lie to the claim by telling Anita that her boyfriend is a yahoo boy. Angered by the claim, Stanley confronted Boma, today, and assaulted her.

Two ritual killers have been secretly recorded offering to behead a child, crack open their skull and remove their brain to bring business success to an undercover reporter.

The gruesome offer was captured by the BBC, as they investigated a series of gruesome murders in Malawi. Victims in the area had been beheaded and had other body parts removed.

One of the men is recorded saying: "We take the head. If you want, we can break the skull and take out the brain." The other adds: "Or we can crack the skull and pull out the tongue."

The man, who called himself Kamanga, explains to a hidden camera that the head and genitals are the most powerful for bringing business success.

The undercover reporters met Kamanga a second time at night, when he and an accomplice offer to kill kids and drink their blood.

After the meeting the crew and killers are surrounded by angry villagers who attack them, believing them all to be murderers. One of the team had a knife forced into his back, and a large cut made through his suit.

The team ran and were saved by cops and a local chief, but came away with injuries from stoning. The two ritual killers also escaped, and the investigation was abandoned.

A man identified as Ayo Salau, has been arrested by the Lagos police command for colluding with another suspect on the run, Richard Samuel Gbenga, to lure a lady via Facebook and rape her.

Sometime in July, 2018, the lady became friends with Gbenga on Facebook. They interacted a couple of times, getting to know each other. And on August 4, 2018, the suspect invited her for a dinner and she accepted.

She further told him where they would meet before taking off for the dinner. The suspect arrived at the agreed take off point in a Toyota Camry driven by Salau.

On their way to Lekki, they pulled over at a lonely spot, armed with cutlasses, they ordered her to take off her clothes or be killed. Thereafter, they took turns to rape her, after which they robbed her of her wristwatch and cash.

The moment the hoodlums left, the victim raised alarm and gave description of their car. Police operatives attached to Maroko Division were alerted and immediately they laid ambush for the fleeing criminals.

As soon as the police operatives stopped their vehicle, the criminals took to their heels. The officers chased them and arrested Salau while Gbenga escaped.

The suspect has since been identified by the victim and he confessed to have committed the crime. He added that his fleeing partner recruited him for the job.
