Yea, Zootopia is very good. I'll rate it 8/10, but in terms of Storyline I'm not sure it can go toe to toe against those ones I mentioned.

It's more or less a feel good Animation, top notch entertainment and comedy.
I'll put Zootopia in league with Secret Life Of Pets, Moana etc. There's another OG you can check >> Finding Dory.
