The first terrestrial television broadcast signals in Africa occurred on Saturday October 31, 1959 and belonged to the Western Nigeria Television Service (WNTS). Nigeria is the first country to introduce television broadcasting in Africa, other prominent African countries failed to achieve this feat soon enough. Nigeria also has the largest terrestrial television network in Africa which is the Nigerian Television Authority(with over 96 stations scattered around the country)

This is a list of free-to-air television stations based in Nigeria. It also includes the location, year of establishment, owner and type of ownership.[2][3]

EducationFeral Children Raised By Wolf KAMALA And AMALA (pictures) by queenxey1(op):
Singh claims in his diary that, at the orphanage, the two girls showed wolf-like behaviour typical for feral children. They would not allow themselves to be dressed, scratched and bit people who tried to feed them, rejected cooked food and walked on all fours. Both girls had developed thick calluses on their palms and knees from having walked on all fours. The girls were mostly nocturnal, had an aversion to sunshine, and could see very well in the dark. They also exhibited an acute sense of smell and an enhanced ability to hear.

The girls enjoyed the taste of raw meat and would eat out of a bowl on the ground. They seemed to be insensitive to cold and heat and appeared to show no human emotions of any kind, apart from fear. At night they would howl like wolves, calling out to their "family". They did not speak.

Singh claims that he took on the difficult task of trying to teach them ordinary human behaviour. Amala died in 1921 of a kidney infection. Kamala showed signs of mourning at her death. After this, Kamala became more approachable. She was eventually partially house-trained and became used to the company of other human beings. After years of hard work, she was able to walk upright a little, although never proficiently and would often revert to all fours when she needed to go somewhere quickly, and learned to speak a few words. She died in 1929 of tuberculosis

Ok!!! Election or no election 23rd of February has come and go, but the so called rock-heart Nigerian still showcase their Talent by causing violence at some polling units.
Well am not surprise (naso we day do) I wonder why we act like an elephant for a common politician who may not even give us food that can satisfy an Ant...
Hmmmmm "monkey dey work baboon they chop"
I still don't know why we find it hard to follow just three words
- go to the polling center
- cast your vote
- and come back home. Instead the rock-heart Nigerian will turn it otherwise the only one word they understand is "ELECTION VIOLENCE"

Excuse me! If violence is the only attribute of election then why don't ATIKU and BUHARI bring cutlass and gun along with them while coming to cast their vote? Oh!.. now I can see the reason why they called us politician animal.

is still baffels me why we kill each other for this uncaring people. Just look at kogi east (Igala) the life of a young promising soul was cut short all in the name of election, surprisinly these same set of people are praising the west (okun) for choosing their choice of leader (Dino) without chaos, Let me plainly point out, its only a foolish being that have joy in taking the life of his fellow..

Nigerians!!! When are we going to wakeup? Pls! How many politican children died during this election? NONE right! But our fellow innocent citizens are the one liable for death... But why!!

Hmmmmm!... another election is coming on the 8th of March. And i know that despite all the preaching the talented and the talenter will still showcase their talent

Despite the knowledge and Wisdom of this latter day which Christians representative know, they still keep mute concerning politics.
This same Jesus we preach about was ordained to be a governor according to Matthew ” and the government shall be upon him”
Some Christians are always in the apathy side of politics, many times we have heard people saying “politics is a dirty game” “God forbid, I don’t want to enter hell fire”.
One young man once explained that his grandparents and his parents were all pastor, which made him impossible to talk about politics at home
Why are the Church silent about politics when God has commanded His children to speak?
Been mute is not only defiant towards God, but it is unloving toward others. Jesus said that it was the truth that set us free, not awkward silence. (Jeremiah 26:2) says: “…all the words that I command you to speak to them; do not hold back a word.”
In fact, most churches will tell you not to preach about politics because they don’t want to lose their members.
This is not exciting of course, but how can we see the whole word effectively when Christians are playing the deaf and dump game toward anything pertaining to politics.
Once I was invited to speak in a Christians youth seminar about politics, I did my best but it was very difficult to convince them, the people just sat there wordlessly looking at me with big eyes, it was difficult to change them. ‘Nobody want to enter hell’ which is their believe.
Unfortunately this is the conditions of many Christians when it comes to politics, simply because they have been brainwashed that politics is a ticket to hell. It is time to change the negative image of the Christians representative towards politics.
Do you think becoming a Christian has simply bowed you down that you feel it is not a good ideal to voice out in politics? I tell you no amount of prayer and fasting we bring a good government if the Church in our today society did not participate in political activities.
I wonder how the church claim to love and care about others when they are not engage in the arena that shapes basic right and freedom.
Even Paul understood the need for Christians participation in government when he urges that prayers be made “for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life” (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Inevitably, politics shapes our society of which we all know. It is high time Christians care about politics and by doing so our own
peace is assured (Jeremiah 29:7) says: “But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent
you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”
God cares deeply about these issues, and it is therefore not appropriate for the Church to keep silent in this time.

tablespoon of the mixed flour to the peanuts
and shake it in an anti-clockwise direction.

5. The peanuts will steak together at first, use your
fingers to separate them, and then add some
dry flour to cover those sticky peanuts and
shake again.

6. Repeat step 4 and 5 for about 5 times until all
the egg is finished and the peanuts are
completely coated with the flour and are
separated from one another.

7. When all the peanuts are completely coated and
are smooth, transfer into colander and gently
shake off excess flour from it.

8. Heat up cooking oil in a deep pan; fry the
peanut for 10 minutes, maybe in two or three
batches depending on the size of your peanut
burgers, stirring occasionally until they are
golden.

9. Drain all the peanut burgers on a paper towel to
cool completely. Serve when chilled.
