There is no alliance between China and Russia. You really think China will pick up arms and fight Russia's war? As for Iran It is a marriage of convenience. Iran has always been Russia's traditional rival in Central Asia. You should go and read about the great game.

When most of the sanctions are lifted or partially lifted, It will open up Iran to the west and they wont need Russia as much as they do again. Iran and Russia cant even reach an agreement on how to run the Caspian sea.

One more thing, Iran has Oil and gas that will threaten Russian market and the rivalry is already playing out in Armenia and Azerbaijan where they are both fighting for control. They may have few aligning issues but it doesn't mean there is an alliance as for Lebanon, there is no point talking about it since it is an Iranian client state of some sort.
