humility33: Lol.... are u the thread moderator? This is a faceless forum besides insults no thing else i expect from anyone on nairaland Anyway i am not walking such path Sometimes we do discussions just for a while and we stop immediately
U don't come here often to make this thread lively or post info in I am not mistaken some of those who do just because we discuss off topic today doesn't mean u come and instigating ban for everyone....it doesn't look it What has been your contribution to this thread? Mind you, I visit this thread everyday since inception.....go back and check my posts. Your out of topic discussion didn't start today. If we are even talking about those who make it lively, you are not in the top 15. |

Well we have stopped derailing the thread just necessary sometimes we talk on some topics and learn from each other Mind the way u interact with me, if u want to learn about politics, go to politics section, instead of bastardising this thread. |

humility33: You're more ignorant on this than i thought Can u prove that words there that the positions obama and harris enjoyed are birth right of black americans let me remind u american traditionally belong to the red Indians the mexicans have close resemblance to this race the Caucasians and Negros u see in USA were all migrants the whites obviously came in from Netherlands and Britian then new york was formerly called new Amsterdam later changed to New york when the british bought the city and name it after Yorkshire the independence america got was to stop paying of tax to the british government many prisoners and others were sent to america and later made to pay tax to the british government i told this story to let u know that america is a free world with opportunities for anyone that is wise enough enough to harness it for their good
U are wrong to say white americans dont like picking people that are of black america descent
The average black america is lazy, driven by orgies and gangsterism and more u can't live in black communities in los Angeles wit your two eyes closed without gun shoots and rival cults clashes. The average white american will not deny u a position if you're competent irrespective of your skin color thats the reason so many Nigerians are doing well in the country with thousands in the health sector as doctors, nurses some in nasa others in legal and educational sectors. timay: Fighting for our independence from the British was the best thing our founding fathers did and despite their numerous mistakes after that , I still feel they did the right thing.
Personally, I believe we were not suppose to get it right after independence, we will make mistakes and we will learn from it and get better. In the past, a coup would have happened after buhari shenanigans because past governments that weee overthrown didn't even do up to buhari but as a country, we lived through many coups to see that it doesn't work and we've learnt even the worse Democracy is better than the best military government.
If this country exists after buhari, I can assure you that we will learn from it as well and put more checks that will prevent a future Buhari type of government in future.
Also, we've lived through a civil war and we've learned our lesson from it that it's never a solution, despite the fact that there is enough reason for another civil war to happen today, but every same Nigeria no matter their ethnicity knows it is never a way.
It took America over a century to get their democracy straight, It took the British far more than that. Considering the age of most African countries, they are still toddlers learning to walk compared to Europeans that are seen as developed. We will get there too. Cc seun Rule 1 |

chrisooblog: Yes they did fairly well but it hasn't been quite mind blowing in comparison to our guys who went to England, France and Italy. Spain has been the most challenging top 5 league for our strikers. Off the top of my head can't remember any of our forwards who did well in La Liga except Christopher Ohenhen. Very well, not average

chrisooblog: I kind of get humility's point. Apart from Akpoborie I don't remember too many Nigerian players especially strikers who have done well in the Bundesliga. However as you rightly noted if offers are not coming in from French teams then there's nothing he can do but make do with the cards he has been dealt. I think Taiwo really needs a patient coach who will try and bring out his best footballing traits. v Victor Agali and Anthony Ujah did well |

The likes of drink water, chilwell, maguire sef comot to big clubs but our ndidi that has allegedly been world class for the past 4 years is about to play his 5th season again. If una like, make una dey deceive una self Going by your logic, Kane should be playing for Real Madrid, Barça, or Bayern. |
