Exactly! There are three sides to every story!

One time on Brekete family after the wife gave her story nobody even wanted to hear the husband - that heartless man. Until the husband was finally allowed to give his side with supporting proofs - the table turned dramatically!

Your mother in law, is your mother.

humans claim to be inteligent but i still have to keep explaining basic things to them.
Your mother-in-law is NOT your mother at all.
Or explain to us how Regina's mother is Ned's mother, Ned who is much older than her!
Or all theses 70-year-old Northerners who marry 12-year-olds. Their mother (mother-in-law) is same age as their granddaughter!

Adewale1603:
this banker in question is not saying that he is suffering or hungry persay. What he was saying is that he had no tangible achievement, assets or something to show for all the time and period he had been working in the banking sector. He is not hungry or suffering, he is just stagnant, no progress, promotion or development. That's how banking jobs are.
It's just that his BITTER complaints don't tally with his appearance. He even said he is willing to take any other job, like banking job is the worst job in the world. Meanwhile he's looking very fresh and very well-taken-care-of, and younger than his age!

Smh. You are not knowledgeable on this subject. Trump has since reversed himself and exempted phones, computers and electronics imported from China from the reciprocal tariffs so I don't get your "never again!" you wrongly alluded to him. Those imports account for a significant chunk of Chinese goods brought into US. Ventilators can be grouped into medical electronics device too so you are clearly missing the point. The US is no longer a manufacturing power house and Trump was forced to make exceptions when he was told that prices of those products will shoot up and Apple in particular could be severely affected negatively. Tim Cook, CEO, Apple, donated $1m of his own personal money to the Trump campaign. He persuaded both sides not to hurt his business. Cook is well respected in China too.

Reagan turned out right and smart. His strategy helped the Microsoft, Apple, Amazon etc of the USA. That is why they overtook the Fords etc of the USA. Design in USA then manufacture in low wage countries then bring back to US and ship to other countries to sell at massive profit margin with little or no tariffs in US and other countries.

Ventilator has nothing to do with Trump because he was denying initially and bashing Fauci. He imposed tariffs on China then too but there was a deal.
SMH too. Read the below. Also even the partial exemptions are temporary

Reagan turned out to be short-sighted on the issue

FreeStuffsNG:
Smh. USA is not even among the top 3 of our best trading partners. You are using obsolete information. China has over the years been reducing its trade with US in preparation for a moment like this.

USA itself has over the years shifted from being a manufacturing power house to becoming a service oriented economy so much that it's leading manufacturing companies have shifted their factories to China, Vietnam and Cambodia. Most Americans buy mostly made in China products!

Smh. If it's by US dollars then ask yourself why on earth did Tesla, Apple etc moved to those countries. Ignorance is not bliss o. Here's what Late President Reagan predicted when he resisted what Trump is currently doing https://youtube.com/shorts/tXb5P2hsVHI?si=LTZAq-EAs6Mq_sGp

In your estimation, Reagan, a Republican President, too is hyping China. Smh
Lolz, time has obviously proven Reagan VERY WRONG! He didn't foresee that American companies will ship jobs overseas, neither did he forsee that everything would be made in China - Trump learnt from shortage of ventilators durring COVID, because they were all made in China.
I bet he swore "never again!"

No matter how hard humans try robots cannot fully replace humans because they don't have a mind of their own.

The beauty of God's creation is the gift of a free mind which of course comes with a responsibility.
At a point they may develop a mind of their own. That's the fear. People who started AI don't know HOW AI can do all the things it can now do!

Stop converting to foreign currency. We don't use dollars and pounds. The main thing is the purchasing power. The purchasing power of that amount in Nigeria isn't so bad. But it will be terrible in the US or UK.

The conversion is for the benefit of those abroad.
Remember, all those destitute and homeless people you see are also abroad. Some people abroad are NOT making any money at all. But we never see them because they never visit home. We only see the fairly successful ones

Theirs is better

We have 133m will no hope of seeing 1k the next day. Multidimensionally poor. USA still got lots of govt policies that can assist these kind of families. Definitely not Nigeria. Which is why i hate all the side picking. Wasting loyalty and solidarity for what's never changing.
Believe it or not, difference is not as much as you think. In Nigeria you can make all sorts of money on the side invisible to the govt, you can even be a millionaire and pay no taxes.
Not so in US. The govt sees almost every kobo and you only qualify for govt stuff if you're making almost no money!
