But today same China is begging women to have more children and they have refused. The women are used to having one child.

YOu say her trial lasted over 11 years , you are so funny, I already explained to you how the judge sets a time frame for a trail, in her case the trial only took 12 weeks with the judge actually stating that there will be no delays hence he said 10 to 12 weeks,the trial started jan 2026 and ended B45 the 12 weeks.The case against her was nearly up to 11 years,Note the difference, it took 8 years for charges to be brought to her cos your government wee backsliding and fabricating more tell tales to bring thinking they are dealing with an African court.

Do you people ever ask yourselves why a case should last that long? Why a judge will keep granting adjournments to the defense? A judge is supposed to designate a date as "final," meaning no further requests for postponement will be accepted!

How long did Ibori's trial last? Less than a year.

You can't blame them. See how long ago. Documents get lost. Memories become foggy. Besides, you don't know who was bribed to make just those "mistakes". These are still Nigerians. Given enough time, a dismissal or acquittal can be obtained in just about any case!

I don't care where you live. Judges belong to the same clubs and play golf with some lawyers but not others. There's a reason some lawyers make 100 times more than others. Once the judge sees their name they'll start looking for excuse to acquit or dismiss. They'll keep awarding adjournments till that reason is developed. It is called ADJOURN, ADJOURN, ADJOURN, DISMISS!
