It is a bombshell news because contrary to what the US has been saying that Iran capitulated, Trump was at the background begging the whole time! The US was the one that sent the draft message of the ceasefire statement to Pakistan. They even forgot to remove the names of important whitehouse officials they had tagged.

Are you okay sir? Have you been living under a rock? Iran has always said they'd NEVER accept a ceasefire, that they'd only accept total end to the war with guarantees that they won't be attacked again. Then when faced with imminent mytredom (they think) they suddenly made an about face!

The price hike is due to a scarcity caused by the closure of Strait or Hormuz.

It is putting more money into the pocket of US as a country, just as it is also putting more money into the pocket of Nigeria though pump prices are high. If oil went to $400 Nigeria will be one of the richest countries in the world - though pump prices would have quadrupled

What i told you is the plain truth. Rising global oil prices affects the US. The US has never been shielded from it.

What i told you was gotten from the Economist magazine when Trump said the US wont be affected by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

My friend if the price of rice doubles everyone pays double for rice including the woman that sells rice - rice she was consuming would now be worth double the price it was before. It doesn't mean she has a net loss from the increase in price. Nigeria makes more money when oil price rises yet we pay more at the pump. See below

However, rising oil prices also means US consumers will pay higher price for gas and they are already doing im the US. Gasoline is already above $4 per gallon, and Americans are getting angry.

I am glad you have highlighted the hypocrisy of the US with these photos, and how low the US brought the bar of victory in this war. Opening the strait of Hormuz doesn’t in any way mean victory for the us. It goes to show you that they failed in their set objectives and decided to celebrate victory for the reopening of the straits. A strait they said they did not need. How low can they go?

Trump is desperate for peace. He started the mess and he must be the one to clean it up. Rising oil prices are a political disaster for Trump. Already his poll rating have collapsed in the US. You also have, the "No King In the US" protests.

My friend none of this is guaranteed. The only things we know for sure is that Iran did an about-face and agreed to cease fire and also agreed to open Hormuz, both of which they had said they'd never agree to until total end of war and guarantees of no more attacks form US and Israel.
