The reason why you think 4yrs is too short is because you have not lived in a society that values time, labour and money. From what you wrote, I can guess certain things about your life. Things that can be done within three years are endless. We can have a steady power within 2years. Upgrade our schools and hospitals, have an effective security apparatus, make National orientation agency functional. The list is endless and we have the means and capability to do that. Do you know that in 2025, over Sixty thousand babies died in Nigeria at birth? Do you that number will be halved if we have portable water and soap in our hospital? You have internet, use it more productively.

But how can you do all that when your politicians are focused on amasssing as much bribery and kick-back money as possible to win the next election and bribe judges if necessary.

In some parts of the East Coast, the population of Blacks is way too low for them to compete against White men, and as explained in the racial/economic hierarchies in East Asia itself, their Asian women will prefer White men over Black men. Wealthy AA men would not want to, rightfully so, put up with such discrimination. One cannot be discriminated against by Whites in America and then be discriminated against by Asian women in the same country. Most importantly, for most well-to-do men, they prefer their women. Asian American women have done a great job competing head-on with White women for the love, attention and marriage acceptance of White men. Another one I can think of is the body mass, as they are similar to WW. Black women are on the big side.

This one is basic demographics nau. Humans prefer people who look like them. Humans are generally tribal.

I would think of many reasons, such as:

- Nigerian men know how to spend, maybe even more than (in sheer numbers) or more generously than the native men
- Nigerian men are generally go-getters, so this becomes attractive if the native men aren't as ambitious/aggressive in financial pursuits as the native men. The Nigerian society has moulded men to be aggressive towards wealth generation.
- Nigerians are the most populous set of Black people (game of numbers) and emigrate more, thankfully, due to the popularity of the English language.

Though, we have to be very specific about who constitutes these "Nigerian men" as we have few northern men outside the country. It is somewhat easy to tell which particular ethnic group in Nigeria is domiciled in a particular foreign country.

I see your point but I'd say it's more than that. Just as we don't know exactly why Nigerians tend towards scamming!

I cannot speak for Southeast Asia, but there, it has its own racial structures/hierarchies.

In East Asia, they rate people based on their economic status. So, if one is from a prosperous group, you get rated highly even though this person (not you literally) isn't of high economic status. The Chinese and, to an extent, the Koreans are notorious for doing this. Throughout history, the White man, specifically the Western White man, has proved to be on top economically. So as a result, he gets respected, admired and adored by East Asians. As Western countries are the only developed parts of the world other than East Asia, it makes sense for their women to prefer Western men (overwhelmingly White) over other men. In the US, after White Women for obvious reasons, White men disproportionately marry Asian American women ("Asian" here means East Asians) more than Black women. Black men even marry White women more than Black women marry White men.

Thus, in my books, if in a racially diverse America, Asians don't get married to Blacks, whether native or immigrant, the rate of such interactions will be much lower in their dominant region. Yes, there will be exceptions, but those are exceptions, not the norm.

In Chinese culture, having a darker skin connotes suffering, as history says those who toiled (mostly farmers) under the scorching sun had tanned skin. So, yes, you are right that they don't want to have children with darker skins. During summer, they wear all sorts of clothes/coverings to cover their skins when in the bare sun so they don't get tanned or too tanned.


A reason, but not a very strong one. It is largely economic classism. African American men succeed more than Black African men, except when the Black African men is up there economically and speak good Japanese. I must be clear: Japanese love anything American, more so the women. So both White and AA men have a huge advantage over anybody else. The US has military bases in Japan, so Japanese women have been exposed to Black men for a long time and steadily so. So, who would you rather prefer: The Black man backed by the US or the one who came from poor Africa?

These things are economic. What many commentators have declined to admit is that the White man is at the top of the economic/dating ladder globally. Most especially the Western one, and so those from the East take advantage of it. The solution, as always, to our problems as Black people is for Africa to be rich.


Women love money. This is a global phenomenon. Cut our women some slack. Women in wealthier European and Asian countries will not fall for a Russian dude because their native men are better off than most Russian men. This dude can succeed in Laos, but will fail woefully in Singapore. White boys from the UK/US win in Vietnam/the Philippines, but fail in Singapore and Malaysia. It is wealth. When you are wealthy, your women are hard to win over.

*How would a Jap know who is AA and who is African?
*Why do white American women generally prefer black men - which is the root of racism

If someone says...'I cannot do this', the question that should be on your mind is: 'why can't you do it'? You should understand why before drawing conclusions.

So, to answer your question... Saying you won't be Vice President even if you're paid a million dollars means you have a choice to become the VP, but choose not to.

The most reasonable thing to do is ask why the person doesn't want to become the VP. What if he wants to quit politics? What if the position of the SP is more attractive to him even if it is lower than the VP? What if he wants to become the President?

Unless the person confides his real reasons to you, you have no right to assume it is what you think it is.

So if Obi says he'll not accept the position of VP, you'll wait for him to say it explicitly before you know he's only interested in the presidency?
Likewise if a man says he'll never be in a female-dominated field like nursing, you'll need a soothsayer to tell you he'll readily be a doctor? Okay o
