As in, the school matter tire me but when I was making a tuition deposit it was hassle free but to collect it back after filling a form of 5 pages, it's blue paper they want to use to delay me.

I want to ask for a refund of tuition deposit I made in a school in the US as I was refused twice but later got visa for study permit in Canada and so need my money back. Anyone please?
