What a heart-wrenching week it's been for iPods .

Buhari successfully tours the SE without a feather hurting him, carrying away the highest titles in Iboland while shattering the boasts of the empty chestbeaters .

Then IPOD-proscribing Obiano wins another term of four years cool.

Then Atiku re-pledges full allegiance to the APC cheesy.

Damn.

Whether You vote or You don't vote ,the highest political rigger will win the elections.
when they vote, their votes don't count,
the electoral umpire have over time showed Incompetence and conivance in upturning and short changing people's votes.
In other cases we have seen videos of security agents partaking in electoral malpractices with reckless abandon, and you say the igbo man is foolish to take a decision in exposing this fraud for the world to see? I think other regions need to emulate then m and not calling them names if truly we desire a prosperous county...
Shaat it dia! angry

The iPig Yoots are boycotting the election not for any altruistic reasons like incompetence or 'vote doesn't count ', but to blackmail and force the government to conduct a lefellendum. This has been echoed severally by iPods on this forum and other fora. "No lefellendum No Erection" remember? Not everyone has the memory span of a piglet.

I'm glad you sensed how intensely foolish the boycott is grin, as you're simply giving the APC candidate a free advantage.

Right on the money. "Strategy" indeed grin

I have always said it and will continue to say it; IPOB can never get Biafra through threats, insults and blackmail of this government and its people, but the genetically obstinate fools never listen.

All they'll keep getting through that approach are the remnants of their stubborn flies that ended up in the grave. Today there will be a turnout of voters to the chagrin of IPOB and we await the Hades candidates that will try to forment trouble.

Thoughtless noisy empty terrorists.

senatordave1:
.in anambra north, pdp will win ogbaru where obaze is from and onitsha north.apc will win anyamelum and onitsha south.apga will take oyi because the governor wife hails from there and anambra west.anambra east will be shared equally between apga and apc.but in total pdp will have more votes marginally because of bloc votes from ogbaru which is populous.
In anambra central, chief arthur eze will deliver dunukofia his fiefdom to apc.thats the least he can do,no one should argue this please.hon ekwunife would deliver ekwunife to apc, this is not debatable.anaocha is where obi is from and it is heavily populated so i see it going to pdp but chief umeh will garner some votes there for apga.idemili north anf south is where ngige is from and they produce the highest votes.ngige would deliver it to apc.awka south would easily vote for apga while awka north has been neglected by apga and they will pay obiano back by voting apc and pdp.
In anambra south, andy ubah will deliver the populous aguata to apc, ekwusigo is the personal fiefdom of sir emeka offor and he would deliver for apc now that hes really looking for contracts from buhari.nnewi north would go to apga, nnewi soutj would go to pdp.ihiala another populous council is controlled by hon emeka anohu of pdp and he would deliver for obaze but chief obijackson would garner a few votes for apga.orumba north would marginally go to pdp while apc would marginally take orumba south.
In summary, apc would take 9 lgas, pdp 6,apga 6.so apc would win.again, apc has more influential personalities supporting it and financial resources than other partiea by far.i expect a low turnout, voters may not exceed 200,000.
Interesting and compelling permutations.

Quoted for future reference.

I remember stating two years ago that Ibos would be at the forefront of the campaign for the next Hausa Fulani President in 2019, I never thought it would start this early. It was easy to foretell because overly emotional people are usually very predictable.

Their tongues are now six inches deep into Atikus arsehole because of hatred for Buhari, and when that one starts showing his true colors they will start chanting Beerfraud or death again. What a laughably predictable lot grin grin

Cry me a river.

Elections will hold in November with a huge turnout and ipob will be finally buried.

God bless One Nigeria.

TheKingdom:
[s]Is this about IPOB or the people? What and what has Ekweremadu or the Governors of the East done for the last 2,4, 6 years? Absolutely nothing. Same with the governors in Oduduwa and the North. Even the President has not done anything remarkable except show the world that Africans are useless and cant even treat themselves in their own country.

You guys are there giving Governors who are rogues 2 to 0 over IPOB and are happy, yet no steady light, no better roads, no world class medical center, no international airports, no Highway systems that competes with those in Canada and Holland, no top 10 educational institute, no security from Herdsman, no anything.

IPOB or no IPOB the area is a ZOO, and instead of using your god -given sense you are there (out of sentiment) beating your hairy and sweaty chest when your mets around the world are enjoying civilization and their government achievements. You are there looking at getting visa to go abroad to places where dissent is celebrated and respected, not swept away because you are jealous and angry that people are trying to do what you are afraid of doing.

Apart from Gamji com, regale me with more northerner owned social media websites, with membership stats. Please dont let us slang match on this, it is not a moot point.

Even using the metric of Islamic education, do you still want to say the north are more educated than the south!

Dominance in political space is also perception.
Like I've emphasized, I'm not interested in any d1ck-measuring because our perspectives clearly differ; for instance you'd have no idea to volume of northern friends I interact with daily on Twitter and other SM channels, and I'm sure you're oblivious to fact that mathematics and science have been taught in Arabic in the North for decades past which were the basis for northern literature, architecture and commerce pre-independence (Google it). This was what I was alluding to and not Islamic education which you mentioned.

The very fact that you were questioning why all presidential options being mentioned are northerners, betrays that even you perceive a whiff of northern dominance in the political space. It was your perception to start with.

I'll leave you to continue dominating and controlling the world-wide web. Cheers.

Which zoning, zoning is party arrangement and not a constitutional provision. The South's are more educated than the north and accessibility to the internet is obviously a must. Check out for instance the giant social websites in Nigeria and see the owners. Nairaland is an obvious example.

I didn't say the north dominates or control the political space, you brought that up.
I'm not here for a North vs South argument because that horse has been overflogged. However it will interest you that Gamji.com which is a Northern forum predates this forum. It's all about perspective.

Just like you think that the South is more educated based on your perspective of education (western) and the metric for measuring same (population), that's how I think the North is more dominant in the political space based on my perception (voting strength & strategy). You don't have to agree with me, neither do I with you.

When we talk about presidency, why is it that people only suggest Hausa Fulani names, Ribadu, Atiku, Kwankwaso et al. Yet we are quick to say other s are slaves to the Hausa Fulani. The south controls and dominates the internet , we should use it to our advantages.
It's due to the zoning principle, just like in 1999 when we only talked about Yoruba names like Obj and Falae. Nobody is a slave to another.

P.S. I never knew southern Nigeria "controls" and "dominates" the INTERNET which it should use to its advantage, lol. Assuming that was the case, wouldn't it be hypocritical to complain that the North controls and dominates the political space and uses it to its advantage? Think.

Irrespective of IPOB's idioticity I believe it will only be just for an Igbo man from the Southeast to be supported for Presidency in 2027(after the expiration of the second term of the incoming northern Presidenth.
Ideally, yes.

But that's if 10 years is enough to earn the trust, support and votes of other Nigerians, particularly the North and SW (major voting blocs) with the attitude of ndigbo in the recent past.

I doubt that for obvious reasons.

Some? One would have expected an overwhelming majority of your people to have voted for Ojukwu if you all were sincere (but you chose PDP)...besides have you asked yourself why APGA remains a minority party to this day even after over 15 years of its establishment? Did CPC and ACN not have to merge before they became the APC you're talking about? You're the ones deceiving yourselves my dear.

Nobody will vote for your kinsman just because he is an Ibo man, you as a people have to demonstrate that you have Nigeria's unity at heart, and must shun politics of hatred and blackmail.

With the vitriol, insults, antagonism and raw hatred spewed from your region since Jonathan was defeated, I daresay you might be right that until amends are made, nobody from other regions would vote for an iboman no matter if he runs on the platform of APC, PDP, CNN or NIV.
CrimeRe: Police Auctions Stolen Range Rover In Port Harcourt After It Was Recovered by QuotaSystem: 8:49am On Oct 30, 2017
To be fair, the police have been auctioning recovered but unclaimed vehicles after advertising them in national dailies for as long as I can remember. The original owner must have missed the advertisements and the vehicle was auctioned to another person for a low price. I can only fault the police for not contacting the original owner once the car was found, since he had already made a report and presumably dropped his contact details.

The owners best option is probably to contact the successful buyer and persuade him to give back the car after paying him what it cost him at the auction; this is because the auction is a legally recognized and regulated process.

My two cents.
