As you know by now, entertainment mogul Queen Latifah, 41 and her longtime lover, Jeanette Jenkins, have separated.

According to a confidential source, Queen Latifah, real name Dana Owens, and the 40-something Jenkins, have a rocky on again, off again relationship.

But my source tells me the relationship is definitely off for good this time.

My source said that Jenkins, an avid fitness buff, was the glue that held the relationship together. But the personal trainer to the stars is a bit BehindBased and something of a perfectionist.

For Jenkins failure is never an option, and she could no longer tolerate being with a woman who refused to exercise and eat right.

“Jeanette is very image and health conscious. She was tired of watching Dana eat, drink and smoke herself to death,” said my source.

She confirmed that Latifah’s ballooning weight and her smoking habit were factors in the break up.

My source said the two women, who purchased a home together in the Hollywood hills in 2009, haven’t lived under the same roof in months.

“They’re still friends and they love each other, but they’re pursuing their separate careers,” said my source. Dana is living in a hotel in New York where she’s looking for a home, and Jeanette splits her time between Atlanta and LA where she’s filming a reality TV series with twins Tia and Tamera Mowry.

My source said Latifah is depressed because she thinks she failed Jeanette. She said when Latifah is not in meetings for her new clothing line on HSN, she eats alone in her hotel suite waiting for Jeanette to call.

In an effort to maintain contact, Latifah cast her ex in her production company’s TV shows, including VH1′s new urban sex dramady “Single Ladies”.

But Jeanette has told Latifah that their long term relationship is over and there is no chance for a reconciliation.

you don't actually need to live in london - to be honest u can cut out a lot of stress by moving out of london -as for parking don't even get me started - u people that live in london are suffering - paying to park in front of your own house - like WTF!!!

anyway just one thing about moving back home - u say u have 2 kids - have u thought about their education - good private schools are not cheap from what i hear and another thing if they were to come back to the uk for their university education they would need to be here for a while to pay home fees. (don't quote me, as this was the rule a few years ago).

anyway think its best to think about it very hard with your wife as moving back to nigeria after spending a long time in the UK will not be easy.

“This is the most exciting time in our lives,” Long and Udoka tell PEOPLE in a statement. “Words can’t explain how thrilled we are by the new addition to our family.

Ime Udoka has previously played for the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trailblazers, Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs.

Missy Elliott has revealed that she's been suffering with Graves' disease  -- an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid -- as of 2008.

Missy reportedly shared details of the diagnosis with People Magazine, saying that the symptoms -- including mood swings and weight loss --- affected her quickly and unexpectedly.

"I was [driving and] trying to put my foot on the brake, but my leg was jumping. I couldn't keep the brake down and almost crashed," Elliott said. "I couldn't write because my nervous system was so bad -- I couldn't even use a pen."

Elliott has been going through radiation and exercising, which fortunately has improved her condition. "I'm 30 pounds lighter because I've been exercising." Elliott continues. "My thyroid is functioning, so I haven't had to take medication in about nine months. [But] you live with it for the rest of your life."

As Missy continues as a champ, fighting through her disease, which unfortunately has no cure as of yet, she's working on new music with long time friend and collaborator, Timbaland. Elliott will be featured on VH1's  'Behind the Music,' further discussing her battle with Graves' disease, weight issues, and being sexually molested as a child.
