Initially, it was only 25k he needed, but I understand his condition deteriorated so much that he had to leave the hospital because of a lack of fund which wasn't that 25k only. If I have to respond out from my limited knowledge and information, I would say what he needs is way above that 25k. So, if you are led to give, please give him.
