erm.. hot-angel, if Mr. Tom Ibharalu (my maths teacher in Shagamu) succeeded in imparting any mathematical knowledge to me at all, you have about 10 years (and counting) to make it to that list. Enjoy it while it lasts, the years. |
Well de young... become more active then Just kidding, welcome on board. Have fun |
Erm.... as much as I hate to burst your bubbles, you guys, my tayoT and GP are so not together. They don't even know each other beyond the parameters of this screen. I know you all have a penchant for fantasy and all but you're chasing the wrong horse here You can keep guessing, but you're getting no hint from her on this one. Babe...... as long as you're happy with your hunk jare,......... everyone else can ... well... not to be rude.... keep guessing ![]() |
hot angel, Nice read those. If you can lay your hands on Arrow of God by the same author, go for it. It's a very nice one as should be expected of Chinua Achebe |
Who dared to comply elders list without including my name? Begin to rectify that with immediate alacrity! |

My brother taught me how to swim. Here's the golden nugget... he accomplished it in a day! ![]() How, the tout (he'll beat the rainbow out of me if he hears that ) took me to the Delta Steel Camp (DSC) staff club in Warri and threw me in the deep end. The SHALLOW end was 7foot deep mind you |
Well, well, well....... what can I say? ![]() Tayotina and I are sistas. We hail from the same ancestors and our veins are filled with the beautiful black blood that irrigates the field (culled from Poem...Africa). Little wonder a bond exists between us. Keep the faith sis. ![]() |
Erm.... anugirl, let me just put it this way... ...... if you have the answers, the pig (spare ribs) I had for lunch is about to launch a flight.......... mum's the word . You ain't hearing nothing from tayoT or myself. There remains absolutely no one here who can tell you what's up.Sorry love... you win some... you lose the rest.... such is the beauty of life |
@ dominobaby, great point. I often wonder how film makers and pruducers can afford to forget the fact that the guy is wearing the very same shirt ...lehin odun meedogbon' after 25 years. |

Bioye, Consider yourself welcomed. Good to have you join our rather large 'family'. See you around ![]() |
The head of the relationship......; whoever the caps fits...... man/woman |
Practically everything that works in the UK will work in Nigeria. |
Ah well, that's life, the way we know it. |
tayotina, I think we've said more than enough, don't you think? Let's leave them anugirl to their speculations. There's absolutely no way any of you is going to guess the answers you seek and since our lips are sealed, you might want to divert your energy.......ooops....sorry, but a no is a no is a NO........ ![]() |
Greatpeter....... you'll pay for this tutorial o ![]() No, it was not within the same country. Yes the distance was and is killing, over 15 hours flight away. As I said earlier, meeting at some point in the pursuit of getting to know each other better is highly essential. Both parties need to meet and see if they are also physically attracted to each other. |
mamba:You see, this is where some people get it wrong. When a woman or a man for all that matters, decides to date outside their normal circle (age-wise, social standing, class etc) simply because they're, so to speak, advancing in age, it hardly ever works. Where a woman who is so mature and finds it a challenge carrying on an intellectually stimulating affair/relationship with even her mates decides to descend to dating a younger guy simply because she's 35, she is, to me, sitting idly on the verge of desperation and inevitable heart break. Sometimes she ends up loosing a lot of money to the guy before she realises what exactly he wanted from her in the first place. It would never work. I therefore maintain my position... it's simply not worth my time, emotion or and resources. Finito! |
anugirl:babe... that we met our partners on Nairaland .... or that we are not given to sharing the details? Get used to it love, we ain't sharing.... ![]() Tayotina.... high five ![]() |
tayotina:hmmm.... tayot and there I was thinking I was the only one that happened to. Ah well, that makes 2 of us ![]() |
@ Greatpeter.... fire away brother! Bring the questions on ![]() |

madam delarontus, you just pulled a fast one... that was me simply asking our dear hot-angel if she understood the explanation..... capische? But since you've done it already, we might as well keep flowingCommunicate |
Hmm... If the stepbrother were a mere 2/3 years older than me, I would forgive him in later years putting his actions down to an overdose of testosterone. But 25 years older? He's old enough to know better, old enough to be my father and certainly old enough to take responsibility for his actions. I might forgive him based on what the Holy book preaches, but he will pay. Payment might come in the form of facing our parents and explaining the demon that possessed him to do whatever he did. I will never be able to forget however and our relationship will be forever fragile. |
It can and it does work. Worked for me, actually. Only thing is you most certainly must meet at one point or the other, however briefly to enable both parties confirm or otherwsie what you both assume you know about the other. Good luck. |
Now that is a MUST READ for people who love such books. Good for you Fox (?) |
