Presently land has increased compared to the time I bought but is still affordable. And the way is done here,if you have money like a million, because I now know every one here you work up to the land owners and ask if he is selling his land. Reason is that at some point most times landlord needs to sell their land buyers are not readily available.

I bought a shovel for ₦2500 today instead of borrowing from neighbours I also did ask for the price of aluminium roofing sheets and was shocked to know that the same one bundle I got last year for ₦48000 is sold for ₦94000 which is almost double the amount.

I was supposed to use the service of the engineer I used for my pit suck away but he was charging ₦40 per block last price , reason was that he lives closer to me and his work is good too.
So today I decided to look for my original engineer he was already out to work lucky me the house he was building wasn't that far from his house. Immediately I met him it was as if all my problem was resolved, he made me feel at ease he was happy to start another project with me and he agreed on taking ₦30 per block,he also said he will create time this weekend to come over.
One thing I noticed working with him is that with him I don't have challenge with money once he is working with me and another thing all is work he has done for me am always able to complete the project.
So today I was able to mould 100blocks,an we were able to range all the block so we can see space to mould more blocks. So we have 441blocks in total by today.

Today is Friday and we will just be clearing our proposed space where our new project Will be sited.
For two years now I have been building small apartment back to back so this year 2021 I decided to take a break and see how much I can save through out a year low and behold a million naira was what I could gather.
Though it was my first million In cash and when I sit down I remembered from the time I bought the land in July 2017 it was with heavy stress I could even raise ₦200,000 for the land,my heart is feel with joy.

Don't self medicate. I went to register at 12 weeks and requested for anti malaria drug as I was having constant headache. my doctor said it's too early for the baby that I should come back when I am 18 weeks. Faansider was given at 18 weeks and he said it's considered the safest during pregnancy.

It took your tummy 9 months to stretch, you just gave birth the other day. Continue breastfeeding exclusively and allow the uterus to go back on it's own.

I was given anti malaria drug today at ante natal clinic. I was instructed not to take it together with my daily supplements but to start taking my supplements 2 days after taking the anti malaria drug.

Please I've come again o, my belleful DW went for ANC yesterday and the doc said she got malaria. She was given malaria drugs and some usual ferrous, calcium and sleeping pill.

So immediately she took the drugs (they're quite much) last niight. she started feeling the babies kicks and somersaulting. The movement were intense and so much for 3hours that she couldn't sleep until 3am. She has not experienced this before.

Pls experience mama especially the Iya-ibeji, is this normal occurrence for baby movement tho as at this morning the movement has subsided.

Well as God would have it, a Nairalander whose moniker is very popular on here(Wouldn't mention for obvious reasons) reached out to me and asked me to send my CV to his email address for review.

At first, I was reluctant and didn't want to send the CV considering he's always not serious with his posts and also a troll here or so I thought. But on a second thought I decided to give it a try. Few days later, he sent an email requesting that I meet him at a particular address the following day on the Island here in Lagos.

The following day I got to the address, it was actually an office complex with the company occupying about 6 floors in the entire building. I met with the Nairalander, we discussed at length and in the end he asked me when I would love to resume.

I later got to know he is the General Manager, Group Learning and Human Resources for the Company(A Privately owned Oil Firm) after resumption.

Fams, today I'm gainfully employed with a pay four times bigger than what the Chinese company had earlier offered me in my previous thread.

I want to use this medium to thank Seun Osewa and most especially God for sending an helper my way when I thought all hopes was lost. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If he is referring to the sprouted nuts that he will raise the nursery him self is #30 per seeds, then he get the nursing bag btw #3-6 per bag depends on the quality while for the nursed seedlings ready to be taking to the field is #350 per one. So he should know if he is doing the planting himself or hiring the services of experts

Please, DO NOT ever put breast milk inside a baby's eyes. Breast milk is food and not medication. It's just like putting rice and stew in your eyes. A lot of things can go wrong. That many did it and nothing happened doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. See a doctor for complains. Thank you

I just had another small quarrel with hubby over my sudden low sex drive.

I am in week 11 and recently, I am too irritated to even allow sex, ' unfortunately' for me, boo still feels like during it almost everyday

On Saturday, we had sex, and I noticed bleeding ( not the first time, but this was very pronounced), pinkish intially and brownish later. I told him I need to start antenatal to be sure that it's ok to continue but he does not want to hear any of it.

This evening, ( I came home early from work was having serious side headache)he initiated it again and with all my body language he knew I was not in the mood. Right now he is angry and I actually feel for him. I have tried to read materials online to him but he obviously feels deprived.

How do I handle this house?.. We are just 6 months into marriage

Its not easy at all. The marriage is still fresh. I always spot and later bleed when I was pregnant with my daughter. So, I went to my doctor and discovered I had placenta previa. My placenta was lying comfortably on my cervix. We were told not to have sex till the 7th month of pregnancy. I was checked at the 7th month and luckily the placenta has moved as my uterus was growing. If I had continued bleeding, my placenta wouldn't have had enough oxygen and nutrients for the baby.
I really wish you can convince him to start antenatal or see a doctor to know why you bleeding. It might not be placenta previa Buh dont ignore anything.
About the sex issue, you can consider oral to satisfy him. You two are in this together. With time, he will learn to be very considerate.

After the insert pill, contractions started increasing, I started seeing stars from about 3/4pm, I begged for pain relief he said it will slow down contractions, seeing me in pains, he decided to give me very little, not sure this helped the pain. At about 6pm, I was just 2cm. (I had a nurse assigned to sit by my bedside through out, so she was helping with rubbing my back sometimes). At 7pm, Gynae came and inserted the second pill, I went to heaven and came back. After sometime, I sent for hubby and told him to tell Gynae I wanted epidural. After sometime Gynae showed again with some items sha and said he shld check how many cm first, I screamed no matter the cm, just give me epidural, lol, he checked and said u are 5cm, u are progressing well, u can do it, I said im in pains, he said it’s not as if I don’t want to give u, that’s it, (pointing at the items he came with) I came with it but I know u can do it, u are at 5cm already.

At around past 10pm, he checked again and I was 6cm, he said in less than 4hrs I’ll give birth, I screamed, Will I be like this for another one hour? Pls help me, help me, (Funny me) he now decided to rupture the membrane, placed his finger inside my cervix and was doing something I don’t know that made me fly from 6cm to 10cm in some minutes, all I was hearing was, u are 7cm now, almost 8, u have entered 8, getting close to 9, 9cm now, 9, 9, 10cm now. I tot he was just lying to calm me down only for me to be shouting I want to poo, he said wait it’s ur baby’s head. I kept shouting, he said if u push its cervical tear and its theatre matter o, he sha injected me incase I myt need a tear. At that 10cm, Oya push, story, push na, I didn’t know how to�, hold ur knee and raise ur head as if u want to look at the baby and push, he finally gave me a small tear, and at the final push baby came screaming his lungs out and I heard “10:41pm”

Birthing placenta was easy, just little cramps.

(Ps: same Gynae did my 2 DnCs and knows my story so he carried my case like egg)

My ppl outside said they already thought its morning I’ll give birth after hearing 2cm and was shocked to hear push.

Yes, it's safe. That's the only anti malaria drug they keep giving and no side effect.

Was at the private hospital today my doctor wrote fansidar for anti malaria for me please has anyone taken this at 17wks before not doubting my doctor just want to learn more from old mamas

I was wheeled to the ward after an hour and the battle with spinal headache started (reason why I have been MIA). Had partial paralysis on Friday 18th... thanks to God I'm fine. Took blood transfusion on Saturday too.

Our princess was christened today.
Sorry for the long epistle...I can't put everything I went through into words..manage the B.S like that.

I pray for supernatural, Swift and stress free delivery for our waddling Mama's.

They slapped me. Nurses told me to put strength. Doctor was getting mad at me for not been able to push well. I was telling him "doctor i am ur friend o" if u see drama that day.


When d final cramp came, i pushed with all my might my God!!! Doctor assisted me with a pump n my prince flew out shouting "nwua nwua" i felt so relieved. All d cramps disappeared to only God knows where. It can only be God.


In less than five minutes, doctor brought out d placenta n then began to stich my tear. He gave me some injections so i didn't feel pain even during n after. I only felt a bit discomfort down there.

Today baby is 7 days old. Tomorrow another battle for circumcision will take place. Finally u all are invited to d naming ceremony tomorrow by 4:00pm.
