in this place, those laws does not apply. u are new to this thrend, yes u reg in 2007 with just 33 posts and only two on these thrend buh that doesnt mean u deserve to be paid first. ppl here sometimes send first to each other because they build trust among themselves. Escrow self u no gree. its like u dont know that plenty ppl have entered the wall (have been scammed | if u dont know wat that means too|). as i always say, new traders should read about 50 -20 previous pages to really understand how things work here

Abandoning a deal is one thing, holding up to someone's money after confirmIng the money in your account is another... Or am i missing something?? And why would anyone hold on to my money and tell me he invest it like we had an agreement for investment. I am not justifying his actions, if u follow it well, he sent d money and d seller didn't c it..until morning. the seller also said the remitano escrow cancel the deal.

don't get me wrong ooo, IT IS TOTALLY WRONG TO USE SOMEONE'S MONEY WITHOUT THE PERSON'S APPROVAL. the seller has the major blame in this matter, d buyer on the other hand wasn't duly diligent, u don't leave ur money overnight with someone u r dealing with for the first tym overnight. instead, stay awake, send screenshots and disturb the person.

also, I do not know y he wanted to sell the coins that Onatisi escrowed, He should have just sent it to Panmic directly and explain his plight.

what I don't get is why remitano would hold on to the coins. I don't use the site so I don't know if its their policy but if remitano has a wallet, it should b able to send out

I had a chat early this morning who starboyflight, told him what he did was bad and I advised him to pay panmic either in cash or coins since he claimed he used it to buy coins. It is totally wrong to use someone's money for watever reason without informing the guy.

courtesy demands that immediately u received the cash, d first thing u should do is contact the guy to know whether to refund or send the said amount of coins.

the guy claims he would pay panmic as soon as his coins clear from remitano, which I don't get. he said remitano held his coins and claims he has 0 naira and zero coins.
