Thanks 🙏🙏. Though pressure pot na long term solution.
Seal pot with foil and a heavy stone on top to keep as much pressure and steam trapped

Dinner. Garlic-thyme chicken for six with a non-carb plate for hubby.

Simple and stress-free with out-of-proportion taste for the little effort 😌

Salt
Black pepper
Chicken (thigh or drumstick is best)
Garlic (unpeeled, if whole, cut in half)
Chicken stock or chicken cube like knorr
Thyme
Lemon or white wine (optional)

1) season the chicken with salt and pepper
2) Brown the chicken on one side on high heat (not cooking, just Browning)
3) turn the chicken, add the garlic and brown other side. If using whole garlic, put it cut-side down PICTURE 3
4) add thyme and chicken stock
5) cover on medium heat and cook until some of the liquid is gone and the chicken is completely cooked. PICTURE 1 If using lemon or white wine add a splash before covering.
6) eat with whatever you like, but it tasted great with white rice or potatoes PICTURE 2

TIPS
Use a heavy pot or pan
You can chill the sauce and use it as salad dressing😉

Total time, about 35-45 minutes.

Good afternoon house,

Please what is the best method to soften a bean wey no wan soft?

The beans was soaked over night (not intentional), we forgot it in water. We then rinse with hot water and put it into the boiling water, put a big bulb of onion and has been on fire for over an hour, still the beans no soft. Later added potash, but the beans still strong. We don kuku off the gas.
You don't need heat, you need pressure.

Preparing eggs like this, how does the yolk taste like,?

Is it semi solid?
Yup! I like to dip what I'm eating in it. Almost like a soft-boiled egg.

Today's breakfast. French toast with a one-egg plain omelette and coffee.

I must commend you seriously! How you got time and energy to be preparing all these meals all the time is really strange to me oo. I can't relate at all oo. Ah! Though I love good food but preparing them all the time... Hmm, I don't think I can. I would rather outsource it. No be only me come work.
Kudos ma'am! Your family is really enjoying. Keep it up. I want to be like you when I grow up.
🫣 Thanks. Cooking is therapeutic for me and I love feeding people, though I don't cook as much as I used to (roughly 3-4 times a week vs. everyday before). The family is greatly displeased by this 🤣

Yes I do, infact they get burnt in process of frying even with non-stick pan
Let the pan get hot first before adding the palm oil. That will stop the sticking. Fry the paste in bigger scoops.

Nice

Those 2 big Dog's in your house sent me a message that you are always cooking good food for the whole family but you dish out small quantities to them and that they stay awake all through the night watching the entire premises

They said that they will stop barking in the night if you don't increase their food portions and they also said that you must Prepare Full goat 🐐 meat for them daily ooooooooo mucheche Hahaha 😂
😆😆😆 They are lying to you! They are spoilt and we are the ones who have to wake THEM up in the night🤣🤣
