Just wondering, exactly what kinds of jobs, are these "workers" supposed to be doing? to the extent that teh hotels are willing to pay for visa and transportation?
smells fishy to me, like they're looking for cheap labour or something

I've noticed that whenever I apply online for a job, m asked if m a member of any professional group. Looks like that gives you an edge , when applying. Please does anyone know how I can register with the NIPR? they dont seem to have a website

I work in PR, have been in the industry for about 4 years now, and I love it! the job's interesting, you learn to be versatile, and get to meet loads of people.
I tried doing something different for awhile, but I found it too mundane, and so ran back to PR.
HRM's also cool, I worked in an HR recruiting and Training form for about 6 months and found it interesting. Especially the training part

You shouldn't just go flying around the country because you're job hunting! you need to adopt a more strategic and mature approach to your quest

aptitude tests are meant to be eliminatory. They're used by companies to eliminate candidates who they consider unsuitable to work in their organization.
and no, its not a good measure of smartness. I'll give you a personal experience. I left school in 2002 with a 3, and I've been working for 4 years already. My classmates who graduated with the 1s and 2.2, 2.1, are still job hunting!
I believe that when given the opportunity, try as much as possible to make a really good impression during your interview
