I went for an interview and didnt wear suit in the Uk.The next man who was interviewed after me didnt wear suit.The major issues are good and neat appearance,ability to answer the questions well ,brain ,communication,and qualifications etc.
I will now be wearing suit -depending on the nature of job and environment.
