Union is dialogying with government on the dates for academic institutions of October, and not January as government is conversing

Payments of Promotion Arrears, works are on advanced stage, for the payment of 2017 arrears also 2018 and 2019 arrears would follow subsequently, as expected where union is working in hand with managements efforts

Disregard the 10th July prediction. I don't need source to tell me that. The proponent of that date has done that a few times in the past; give predictions that didn't come true. Even said at some point FG is broke.
