My own evaluation account, my first trade was terrible, I have never traded XAUUSD, so I made a mistake on how to calculate the position sizing which cost me -4.6% ,almost hitting DD. I took a break for 2days and came back better to finished the challenge within 3weeks. Don't allow fear of loosing the account to grip in.

I 'm also having challenges calculating pips value in xauusd. Would you pls throw more light on it?

Learn a scripting language, python preferably. I'm presently taking a course on udemy; introduction to ethical hacking (I payed for it). Networking basics are essential. Get books online, I have some I'm currently using and they are great. Also, create a safe environment, like an intranet, or just some hot-spot and connect pc's and try codes out. The fastest way to learn is learning on the job. Good luck

Notwithstanding the gas, water, stress and time used to cook that food. And imagine warming a pot of soup over and over for someone without a refrigerator or electricity let alone the cost of fuel and maintenance of generator if inclusive.

But if two or more persons are involved, cooking is preferable.

It is worthy of note that the criterion for judgement here is relating eating out to cooking considering a particular amount of money.

cooking is more cost effective bro any day any time.. from my personal experience, cooling is atleast 3x cheaper.

Ok...As for the money management ,I used FX Calculator or myFxbook which has calculator to calculate the the amount of money and lotsize I'm willing to risk per trade. So it makes things easy for me cuz my trade ideology is not based "trade to trade perspective" .Eg:
If I have $1k account,which I will risk 0.3% of it ($30) per position. Obviously I will lose about 33 trades in a row to lose the account.

I'm talking of debts of 120k, 167k, 136k e.t.c. He's takes several loans from loan sharks , drinks like no tomorrow.

He has wrecked ourbbusiness and only with the help of God was I able to rebuild It by taking loans and paying back.

We even decided he gets a job so he can be more responsible but after working for a year he had nothing to show for it.

Twice his parents had to take him to a therapist but it was all in vain as he would go back to drinking.

My head is scattered,I can't think straight, it's making me hate him. I tried leaving a few weeks ago , I went back to my mother's house but trust my mama, she begged me to go back and my mother in-law too.

I don't even know what to do, my mental life is zero, I have withdrawn from everyone, I'm practically in poverty due to this addiction
