The basic salary is stated and the working hours per day, 3 meal per day and accomodation. But is it possible to get visa without going to their embassy because my agent didn't tell about that just telling me I should prepare for medical in the next two weekz

the offer letter that have your picture I don't understand that one and also it is when you are here that you have to do medical and the medical is just to check if you are hiv positive or other dangerous decease.if you have any of this disease you will be deported but not like malaria or other disease that have cure then after your medical. your company's will use your medical result to process your working permit and I'd.on going to embassy I don't think is needed because your company will send your visa immediately is out to your agents true email.you don't need interview for Dubai visa if do agents do visa for you expect if you go to embassy to process your own.Dubai visa is not like USA or Europe visa and as you have known the name company of the company you want to work for search it on Google to know more about the company because most time what you see in offer letter will not related to what you will meet here.offer letter is what they will use to process your visa from immigration and if you don't sign that paper I sent to you now they can't process your visa because immigration want to see agreement between you and the company before the can give you visa. so company's just lie in that offer letter just to make you sign.so do research about the company on Google and my brother just make your mind up that anything you meet here you are going to face it.No lazy Nigeria youth in UAE.

Experience is the best teacher, you're really talking from experience, I received called from my agent for my offer letter, surprisingly working hours/day is 10hours instead of 8hours mentioned early but I have a question to ask please. My agent refused to release my offer letter he said for now it confidential and I can only get it when I get my visa but he allowed me to go through it before I signed and thumb printed on it, hope this is not scam or is the usual way of their business secret?

ok bro is not a scam if you have sign and thumb print also but in the first and second page of the offer the name of the company you want to work for is there clearly and I think by now you suppose to know the company you want to work for and in page three your basic salary is there you suppose to know your basic salary now and at the last page three is two boxed there one of the box contains the company representative maybe boss or manager and the second box contain your name and both of you will sign in each box that belong to your name and you will thumb print at the down of those box.if it is the offer letter is like that means it geniu and the company is process your visa.I suspect something about your agent but get your visa first before i tell you.when you get your visa the name of the company will be written on it.but don't be afraid as you have sign they will start processing your visa.

emirate means UAE as a whole as we use to call Nigeria naija sometimes.

Thanks for this submission but if I may ask further are you talking of the salary or the nature of the job, because as I stated earlier that I follow this group from prt 1, in this part 3, I have read about a guy that got a job worth of 23k monthly with no UAE experience and 3200 is far lesser.

you are welcome bro.as I mention earlier everything here in UAE work by luck but as I always advise people that want to come to UAE for the first-time.don't come with employment visa because employment visa capture you to one campany that did your visa even it is that company that will come and pick you from airport and they will collect your passport from you.they can tell you they will use it to apply for your working permit but it was a lie.they will not release your passport for you again except if you cancel or you finish your contract with.no good agents in Nigeria at all.they just want to collet your money as (igbo man dry package his products ).have seen many case where agent will promise people a good job in oil or government company but those people will end up in building construction company as helper imagine a Nigeria graduate.is too much here.the only advice I can gave you now is to try get enough money process your tourist visa like 3months convert a good money to dollars and come here to search for job by yourself but that can work for you if you have a friend here that you can first stay with because house is too cost here.but if you don't have enough money or a friend here you can try agent and if agent do employment visa for you.you own your own when you get here because I don't expect anything good come from agent.most people that have good job come as tourist or they have emirate experience before

Am one of silent member of this group and I registered my account because of this forum also I learnt many things about about UAE and the hustling over there through this forum and I will like a candid advice from the gurus.
I base in Ibadan and there's a travel agent here that help people getting employment visa in Dubai and if I should count I know 4-5 people that travelled to Dubai through this agent, but recently he placed an advert on a radio station that a oil company in Dubia is in need of Engineering assistants and the person should be a graduate (Msc or higher), so I went to the office yesterday to make inquiry on the processing, so in the office he requested for my CV, Certificates, IP, passport photograph and full length picture and he also asked my to do court agreement that I agreed to earn 3200aed per month for the period of 2years, But the koko of the story is that I will pay part payment of 600k and when I get my visa I will pay balance of 600k and he said it cover my ticket.
My Questions
1. Is it possible to get a job in oil company through an agent from home country
2. Can I survive with 3200aed in Dubai if yes how much can I save (I don't party and no entertainment just business)
3. What's the minimum and maximum period it takes to process working visa
4. Why must I signed salary agreement with agent why not with the company
4. After my 2years can I take up a professionals course to augument my naija cert.
5. Does it worth investing 1.2m

NB: I can not come over and start looking for job I don't have that mind

I will appreciate if someone can check the authenticity of this agent as he concluded that if I have anyone that is stranded in Dubai that I can give the person their office address

my man don't let agent deceive you ok.for you to get that type of job in UAE you need to have emirate experience or you can get it by luck but you need to be here at all cost.agent game a lot of people to be stranded here in uae.
