What you should be worried about is staphylococcus areaus, yoi need to do a susceptibility test, thats of that's not in your test result already and find out which antibiotic that it isn't resistant to, take it and you will be fine

The human body houses houses billions of microorganisms which are collectively known as normal flora. Every human being has a unique normal flora made of different microorganisms that lives on the body and serves as a first line of defense against other harmful microorganisms.
This normal flora are not harmful where they are found in the body naturally but if they get to other body sites e.g blood stream, urethra, etc they can cause infections. When this happens, its called opportunistic infection.
Examples of these normal flora is Staphylococcus sp. and E. coli.
If someone has a cut on the skin, the Staph on the person's skin can infect the wound and cause wound infection. From there it can get into the blood stream where it is called bacteremia or sepsis.


As for the original post, the Staphylococcus aureus findings in the lab results is most likely contamination of sample either from the patient or from the lab surrounding. I will advise the patient gets a second test from another lab.

One problem we always have is noise on the legs...no matter how careful you drive that car on high way, after each journey....your mechanic will be expecting you except you don't mind the noise.

The car has very low clearance

Let's start with how these things work.

Your engine if it is a 2zr-fe is equipped with dual Variable timing actuators , these are attached to the ends of the cam shafts.

These parts work with oil pressure and are driven by 2 variable timing solenoids A and B.

This design is not full proof and tends to fail. When it fails, the camshaft actuator is unable to hold engine oil and it drains back into the the engine after sitting for a long time.

When engine is started up it rattles until for a couple of seconds (2-3secs) until the actuator is filled with oil again and everything runs normally.

Note that initial sound though annoying does not indicate engine failure.

This is where we have a problem. You take your vehicle to the mechanic to fix that annoying sound and instead of tackling the original problem by replacing the actuators with new ones, he welds or opens the actuators up and makes them permanent.

You now have the camshafts in fixed positions, noise gone, new problem created.

Engine looses power, looses efficiency you are now back in 1984.

To fix this problem is easy, replace both camshaft actuators again.

My only advice to you will be to avoid 2007-2009 Toyota Camry i4 cars cause they are prone to oil leaks and transmission problems buy the V6 engine,then go for regular maintenance or engine checks and u won't have any problems

V6 okay good for the mind, body and soul.

I4 the 2az is known for oil burn i would advise on 10 and 11 with 2.5L 2ar if you want 4 cylinder.

ES350 07 had transmission issues same with Camry 07 had transmission issues evident online from reviews yes some unit may be lucky to escape it
