For more than 300 years Christians happily visited the empty tomb on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, we know this from the writings of the Christian historian Eusebius;

“Believers in Jesus all congregate from all parts of the world....that they may worship at the Mount of Olives opposite the city....to the cave that is shown there.” (Eusebius, Proof of the Gospel, Bk. VI. ch. 18).

In addition, from the Gospel writer Luke we know that Calvary was located on the Mount of Olives overlooking Jerusalem (Luke 23:33) and the empty tomb was nearby.

However, in the year 326, Constantine sent his mother Helena to Jerusalem to discover the spot that he had foreseen as the place of Jesus' Resurrection. Constantine's mother "discovered" the site upon finding three crosses that had supposedly not deteriorated after more than three hundred years.

It turned out this was the site of the temple of Venus on the western side of Jerusalem. Constantine ordered the temple torn down and a church constructed on the site. This is called the church of the "Holy" Sepulchre to this day. Curiously we know that when the Romans finally conquered Jerusalem in 135 A.D., as an insult to the Jews, they built a Temple of Venus over a monument to the Jewish freedom fighter named John Hyrcanus.

This "gloomy shrine of lifeless idols", according to Eusebius was the site which Constantine later chose to build his Church of the "Holy" Sepulchre: (Life of Constantine, chapter 26).

7000 years is a lot of time. But just check out living fossils which are fossils of species which exist today. These species where supposedly unchanged for millions of years. In fact, this contradicts evolution.

Once again, I'm repeating myself to you. The problem is not being an atheist, a clear example is how both Christians and atheists are rejecting 'ownership' of Hitler. Everyone recognises that he was a bad person. Because he was bad, not because his religion told him to do something bad.
Atheists have realised, like the popular proverb says, 'a child that cries at night to wake his mother up, will not also sleep'. In other words, the only way for there to be peace is if we all try to respect each other and that is where the human rights code of the UN was drafted from. So stop all this bs of 'atheists have no morality'. Everyone knows when something is good and when something us bad.

All atheists are asking for is that laws that are partaining to a general population should be made on a secular basis, laws that benefit everybody. Your personal religion should not get in the way, period

We've already covered this, That happened when we knew little of evolution. In the 1920's for christ sake, evolution theory was barely 60 years then and science was primitive compared to today, beside it was still scientist an atheist scientist that exposed the fraud as science is impartial. The creationist didn't discover the fraud rather other scientist an atheist scientist did. You can't blame all of science for the work of a few.
