I am glad you acknowledged the fact that Bible is not divine but a collection of works by Jesus (pbuh) disciples inspired by 'holy spirit '.

Surprisingly, the concept of holy spirit inspiring people was limited to only Prophets and Messengers of God during the old testament era. Isn't it strange that according to Christians God dicided to 'inspire' disciples instead of Prophets? There is always consistency in whatever God does. Inspiration of divine books is only to Messengers and Prophets of God and none of the disciples was one.

The Gospel written by those disciples is therefore not divine but work by human beings who had interacted with a Messenger of God.

John 14:26 is a confirmation of what Muslims have been saying. Who could this comforter or helper or counselor be? It couldn't be holy spirit because holy spirit existed even before the coming of Jesus - Ps. 51:11. The counselor referred to is Muhammad (pbuh) for he and the Quran he brought are spirits of truth that will remain with us forever. Every Messenger foretold the coming of the next to his people. Moses foretold his people about Jesus, Jesus foretold his people about Muhammad (pbuh), and Muhammad (pbuh) told his people that there will be no more Prophet or Messenger from God after him.

Throughout the conversation Jesus had with his disciples after the last super, there was no mention of 'death' and 'resurrection'. He kept on telling them he was going to his father. And this is exactly what Quran says: God took Jesus to heaven and transferred his semblance to another person whom they killed. And by the way none of the disciples was there when Jesus was 'killed', they all runaway.

My dear... go back and read my comments again... i have nothing but respect for igbos and their legitimate struggle for independence... what i am in opposition of is the fact that certain biafran agitators want to by the use of sheer force assimilate us the non igbos- non easterners into the proposed biafra.... i have not used any derogatory words to make my view known so it must really be an issue of you assuming my not wanting to be part of biafra means am anti igbo.... this is not and has never been true. Am sorry if i gave you reasons to think otherwise.

BTW... asking if we were consulted during the amalagmation is making my exact point for me.... it was wrong then as it would be wrong now to fold non biafrans into biafra without their explicit consent....

I salute the Court today for refusing to grant bail to Nnamdi Kalu. But the way he is firing and hiring lawyers, it seems the guy wants to stay longer in detention. So what do you think may be his reason for wanting to stay longer in detention?

Did u mention ignorance? Omo if my ignorance is knowing that Jesus Christ died for me to live. I rather remain ignorant than to follow Roman paganism. And again you humble yourself before God not man, upon after all the confession you will still be hoping for purgatory instead of heaven. Be free my brother. Yeah ! That's what the Catholic Church gets you , the church is facing an exodus in every part of the continent . There are great bible teaching Churches : The Lord's Chosen , Deeper Life , The Living Faith and some other good ones . I suggest she goes to these three if she she wants her problems solved though .
