For a recording artiste who plans to eat off rap,hiphop albumz are like textbooks,i study dem.I Been crunk on Common's album "Finding Forever" 4 a while nw.And d questn bugs me:'when forever gon come?

I heard common ask/'when 4eva gon come?'/
when d gunshots ring out/are we forever gon run?/
emcees paying dues/"when d cheddar gon come?"/
will the 5-Mic albums/go 4 eva unsung?

Mad questnz/run around d back of my mental/
as i navigate d streetz of Lagos/spittin on instrumentalz!

D streetz is concrete/but i avoid d conflict/
mad focus,rhyme dopest/shade my gaze from d sun's heat/
stay in tune wt d game/real dudez i run wit/
coz wtout d love of d streetz/rap wouldnt be complete!

I seen d strong broken/poverty cud get u open/

I was about tucking myself into bed last nite when i spotted dis musical show on T.V! Sound Sultan happens to be the host and the guest artiste of this particular episode caught my attention.It was Terry tha rapmanifestation.Yep! Same Terry who sang "Na beanz" & "only 4 Naija".

Well,the idea of d show is to test d skills of known artistes by making them write and sing a song on a selected topic within 30 minutes live on T.V! Kinda like a freestyle but not quite d same thing.
Newayz,Sir Jeffrey (the comic briton on Gino's album),remember him?,suggested Terry do a luv song.Cor blimey! The guy really set Terry up.

Man,u shud hve seen my homeboy T,sweating in the booth (no A.C),tryna write some luv lyrics. Terry spent 16 mins writing a 16 bar verse and 2 mins to write an accompanying hook! To add to Terry's discomfort, Sound Sultan kept distracting him with wise-cracks and loud jokes. Poor Terry!

End result: Terry's luv song was wacker than an Eedris Abdulkareem Intro! Check some of his linez:
